L\u00e4gg i en ugnsform tillsammans med lite rapsolja och baka tillsammans r\u00f6dl\u00f6k som ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r skuren i klyftor. 30 minuter 200 \u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Koka betorna i l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten 15-20 minuter, g\u00e4rna s\u00e5 att de har tuggmotst\u00e5nd kvar. Skala betorna f\u00f6r hand genom att trycka bort skalet lite f\u00f6rsiktigt. Klyfta betorna.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r f\u00f6r att h\u00e4lla p\u00e5 gr\u00f6nsakerna vid servering.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg ruccola i botten av tallrik eller sk\u00e5l. L\u00e4gg betorna, f\u00e4nk\u00e5ls och r\u00f6dl\u00f6lksklyftorna ovan p\u00e5 ruccolan och sist h\u00e4ller du p\u00e5 sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r vid servering.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ibland \u00e4r det enklaste gott nog!
