Jag klarar mig bra p\u00e5 fisksidan och tycker att det \u00e4r den viktigaste biten utan tvekan. Varf\u00f6r jag inte \u00e4ter sill vid fler tillf\u00e4llen \u00e4n vid h\u00f6gtiderna \u00e4r en fr\u00e5ga att funderas p\u00e5. D\u00e5 och d\u00e5 g\u00f6r jag ett tappert f\u00f6rs\u00f6k och sedan gl\u00f6mmer jag bort sillen. Kanske \u00e4r det bra att den gl\u00f6ms s\u00e5 att jag f\u00e5r l\u00e4ngta lite mer n\u00e4r det v\u00e4l \u00e4r dags!<\/p>\n<p>Jag har n\u00e5gra favoriter som alltid kommer tillbaka tillsammans med andra sillar och det \u00e4r Sk\u00e4rdg\u00e5rdsillen och Citron och basilika sill. Dessa tv\u00e5 har varit \u00e5terkommande favoriter och jag tr\u00f6ttnar inte p\u00e5 dem. En annan som kryper upp p\u00e5 topp tre listan \u00e4r Godaste Saffransillen som jag gjort n\u00e5gra olika varianter och nu tillslut hittat den enklaste men godaste varianten.<\/p>\n<p>Du beh\u00f6ver sill, saffran, \u00e4pple och vitl\u00f6k samt creme fraiche och majon\u00e4s. Du v\u00e4ljer sj\u00e4lv om du vill anv\u00e4nda 5-minuters sill eller vattna saltad sill, b\u00e5da ger goda resultat. Jag har oftast v\u00e4ldigt lite tid s\u00e5 jag gillar faktiskt den snabba varianten. En annan sak som jag tycker att du ska v\u00e4lja \u00e4r svenskt \u00e4pple om det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt. Det finns faktiskt svenska \u00e4pplen av god kvalitet i st\u00f6rre matbutiker eller kanske har du en \u00e4ppelbonde n\u00e4ra dig?
