Sk\u00e4r gul l\u00f6k i sm\u00e5 bitar och fr\u00e4s den i lite olja. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten och eventuellt lite gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong samt de frysta \u00e4rtorna. L\u00e5t sm\u00e5puttra i 10-15 minuter.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>2. Om du har f\u00e4rskt ingef\u00e4ra river du en liten bit och l\u00e4gger i. Lika s\u00e5 med malen ingef\u00e4ra p\u00e5 burk. Godast \u00e4r f\u00e4rsk men det fungerar lika bra med ingef\u00e4ra p\u00e5 burk.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>3. Mixa allt till en sl\u00e4t tjock soppa och h\u00e4ll tillbaka i kastrullen.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>4. Tills\u00e4tt tv\u00e5 matskedar creme fraische och r\u00f6r om tills det har sm\u00e4lt. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>5.
