Du kan l\u00e5ta den vara i stora bitar eller sk\u00e4ra den i mindre bitar som jag har gjort. Jag sk\u00e4r den i mindre bitar f\u00f6r d\u00e5 tar den mindre plats n\u00e4r jag ska salta den. Det g\u00e5r att kl\u00e4mma ihop den l\u00e4ttare i k\u00e4rlet.\u00a0 Efter att du har rensat svampen f\u00f6rv\u00e4ller du den i l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten ca 10 minuter. Koka den inte f\u00f6r kraftigt utan l\u00e5t den koka lite lugnt f\u00f6r annars kan du koka s\u00f6nder den. Jag anv\u00e4nder ungef\u00e4r 2 dl grovt salt till 1 liter svamp. B\u00f6rja med ett lager salt i botten och sedan varvar du svamp och salt. Kl\u00e4m f\u00f6rsiktigt ur svampen s\u00e5 att den inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 bl\u00f6t.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 n\u00e5got som h\u00e5ller ner svampen, en tyngd av n\u00e5got slag och tillslut den v\u00e4l. Det kommer bildas en lag efter n\u00e5gra dagar som svampen ska ligga under. F\u00f6rvara svalt.
