Stolt fj\u00e4llskivling \u00e4r en popul\u00e4r och l\u00e4cker matsvamp som anv\u00e4nds g\u00e4rna av stj\u00e4rnkockar. Den har en brunfj\u00e4llig hatt som steks normalt i rikligt med sm\u00f6r. Jag ska torka foten och g\u00f6ra svampbuljong av den medan jag g\u00f6r Yakiniku av hatten!<\/p>\n<p>Yakiniku \u00e4r en av mina favoritr\u00e4tter och jag gillar verkligen den n\u00f6tiga och s\u00f6ta smaken av soya som blandas av frisk ingef\u00e4ra. Jag kan t\u00e4nka mig att man kan anv\u00e4nda m\u00e5nga olika sorters matigare svampar till detta som till exempel Karl Johan.
