Det h\u00e4r var en r\u00e4tt som gjorde succ\u00e9 och som beh\u00f6ver f\u00e5 en plats bland all traditionell julmat &#8211; en riktig utmanare!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00e4lkomna kokta betor, tunt skivade med en dijondressing och riven f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>En r\u00e4tt som passar b\u00e5de vegetarianer och k\u00f6tt\u00e4tande, den fungerar utm\u00e4rkt p\u00e5 buff\u00e9bordet en f\u00f6rsommardag eller varf\u00f6r inte som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt.\u00a0Det \u00e4r bra\u00a0om betorna \u00e4r kokade al dente och har tuggmotst\u00e5nd f\u00f6r det blir l\u00e4ttare att hyvla dem tunna. En mandolin \u00e4r ett bra verktyg n\u00e4r man vill ha tunna skivor av n\u00e5got men det fungerar faktiskt ocks\u00e5 med osthyvel!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>gulbetor<\/li>\n<li>dijonsenap<\/li>\n<li>vitvinsvin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>salt och peppar<\/li>\n<li>en bit f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dressing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 -3 msk dijonsenap<\/li>\n<li>1, 25 dl rapsolja<\/li>\n<li>0,25 dl \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>salt och svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/h3>\n<p>1.Koka betorna med skal, koka dem s\u00e5 att de har tuggmotst\u00e5nd kvar. Medan du kokar betorna g\u00f6r du dressingen.<\/p>\n<p>2. Blanda dijonsenap, rapsolja och \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger, smaka av med salt och svartpeppar. L\u00e5t st\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>3. Skala och riv ingef\u00e4ra p\u00e5 det gr\u00f6vsta p\u00e5 ett rivj\u00e4rn.<\/p>\n<p>4. Skala betorna genom att dra av skinnet n\u00e4r de har svalnat n\u00e5got.<\/p>\n<p><span>5. Hyvla betorna tunt och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 en tallrik, marinera med h\u00e4lften av dressingen en stund innan serveringen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>6.
