Deras f\u00f6rgrundsfigur Stefan Gustavsson och hans karakteristiska frisyr, gissa hur den ser ut, har setts p\u00e5 m\u00e4ssor och festivaler sedan 2010 och resultaten av bryggarambitionerna har alltid varit goda. \u00c4nd\u00e5 k\u00e4nns det som om de inte riktigt har blivit ett av \u00f6ln\u00f6rdarnas favoritbryggeri som Brewski, Stigbergets eller Malm\u00f6 brewing. Eller det kanske bara \u00e4r jag som t\u00e4nker s\u00e5?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mohawk brewing<\/strong> har bryggt den mesta av sin \u00f6l p\u00e5 andras bryggerier men har ett nytt bryggeri i G\u00f6teborg och har ambitionen att \u00f6ka <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beernews.se\/articles\/enkat-mohawk-ska-brygga-mer-egen-ol\/\">den egna produktionen<\/a> rej\u00e4lt under 2018. Och det g\u00f6r de r\u00e4tt i, deras <strong>Anything Gose<\/strong> och <strong>Extra IPA<\/strong> \u00e4r \u00f6l som alla borde f\u00e5 smaka med j\u00e4mna mellanrum och deras imperial stouts och porters &#8211; minns Black Rocket Porter till exempel &#8211; brukar ocks\u00e5 leverera h\u00f6g kvalitet f\u00f6r bra pengar.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5 denna d\u00e5, Lushious IPA, som \u00e4r en f\u00f6r mig ny \u00f6l i lila etikett med beh\u00e4ndigt burkformat &#8211; det \u00e4r ju burken som \u00e4r framtiden i \u00f6l-Sverige! Mohawks Lushious \u00e4r inte vilken IPA som helst utan en NEIPA &#8211; en f\u00f6rkortning som ska tolkas som <strong>New England India Pale Ale<\/strong> vilket ger ledtr\u00e5den att det handlar om en disig, juicig, apelsingul, fyllig, fruktig IPA med en modererad beska &#8211; perfekt som matdryck till hamburgare eller pizza eller som en klassisk t\u00f6rstsl\u00e4ckare &#8211; de \u00e4r ofta supergoda!<\/p>\n<p>Du har s\u00e4kert smakat <strong>Stigbergets<\/strong> <strong>Amazing Haze<\/strong> eller samma bryggeris festival\u00f6l till <strong>Gbg Beer week<\/strong> eller kanske <strong>Omnipollos Fata morgana<\/strong> &#8211; d\u00e5 vet du vad det h\u00e4r handlar om. Och ja, jag gillar Mohawk som bryggeri och \u00e4r d\u00e4rmed svagt j\u00e4vig men denna NEIPA \u00e4r enligt mig\u00a0lika god som de ovanst\u00e5ende. Nu k\u00f6rde jag dem inte mot varandra men h\u00e4r hittar du balans, fruktighet, l\u00e4tt bitterhet, fantastisk f\u00e4rg och ett fantastiskt skum &#8211; renvitt, h\u00f6gt och v\u00e4ldigt lockande.<\/p>\n<p>En riktigt bra \u00f6l! I en riktigt fin burk! Till ett helt okej pris&#8230;. \u00a0strax \u00f6ver 30 kronor. Det \u00e4r mycket r\u00e5varor i den h\u00e4r \u00f6len, d\u00e5 kostar det lite mer.
