Det roligaste med att ha n\u00e4stintill obegr\u00e4nsat med en viss ingrediens \u00e4r helt klart allt experimenterande som det leder till. G\u00e5r en och k\u00f6per r\u00e5varor i mataff\u00e4ren \u00e4r det kanske inte alltf\u00f6r ofta f\u00f6r att experimentera hej vilt, utan d\u00e5 har en ju n\u00e4st intill alltid en plan. Men h\u00e4r, med landet fullt av zucchini, har det experimenterats vill jag lova. En riktigt lyckad grej som jag nu gjort storkok av och fyllt frysen med \u00e4r en sorts variant p\u00e5 krossade tomater. Fast zucchini d\u00e5. Perfekt som bas till olika pastas\u00e5ser och grytor. Dessutom mixar jag r\u00f6ran fint s\u00e5 att barnen inte blir f\u00f6r petiga, och p\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis har jag lyckats f\u00e5 i dem en massa zucchini utan att de m\u00e4rkt det, de sm\u00e5 gr\u00f6nsaksr\u00e4dda rackarna.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1364 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/johannaikulla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2018\/08\/DSC_5890-680x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/johannaikulla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2018\/08\/DSC_5890-680x1024.jpg 680w, https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/johannaikulla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2018\/08\/DSC_5890-199x300.jpg 199w, https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/johannaikulla\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2018\/08\/DSC_5890-768x1156.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En annan fin grej \u00e4r att det funkar bra att anv\u00e4nda de d\u00e4r stora, n\u00e4stintill f\u00f6rvuxna frukterna som b\u00f6rjat utveckla k\u00e4rnhus. Mixar man s\u00e5 m\u00e4rks det inte. Och m\u00e4ngden gr\u00f6nsaker \u00e4r inte heller j\u00e4ttenoga. Jag t\u00e4nker att meningen \u00e4r att man tager vad man haver liksom. H\u00e4r har jag anv\u00e4nt en bamsezucchini, och tre medelstora tomater.<\/p>\n<p>Dela gr\u00f6nsakerna i mindre bitar. Hetta upp rapsolja i en stor gryta eller kastrull och h\u00e4ll i gr\u00f6nsaksbitarna. L\u00e5t puttra tills det blivit s\u00e5sigt och allt \u00e4r riktigt mjukt. L\u00e5t svalna lite och mixa sedan fint med stavmixer. Vill man krydda innan infrysning kan man ju g\u00f6ra det ocks\u00e5. Tjoff in i frysen och redo f\u00f6r k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s eller pastan eller vad som helst.<\/p>\n<p>Idag plockade jag fram en burk som jag h\u00e4llde \u00f6ver stekt lammf\u00e4rs, kryddade med en massa vitl\u00f6k och h\u00e4llde p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dde och lite soja. Smarrig lammf\u00e4rss\u00e5s som barnen \u00e4lskade! Har v\u00e4l aldrig sett p\u00e5 maken till s\u00f6ta blommor, n\u00e4mligen plocksallaten som g\u00e5tt i blom.
