Det \u00e4r verkligen inte kr\u00e5ngligt eller tidskr\u00e4vande s\u00e5 det \u00e4r j\u00e4ttel\u00e4tt att bara sv\u00e4nga ihop p\u00e5 morgonen. Och vad det blir gott. Dessutom kan man ju g\u00f6ra den precis s\u00e5 nyttig, eller onyttig f\u00f6r den delen, som man k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r. Oftast s\u00f6tar jag med honung men en nyttigare variant \u00e4r \u00e4ppeljuice. Jag brukar anv\u00e4nda lite olika gryner och fr\u00f6er, beroende p\u00e5 vad jag har hemma. Idag blev det ungef\u00e4r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p>Blanda havregryn, havrek\u00e4rnor, hirsflingor, linfr\u00f6 och s\u00f6tmandel i en bunke (kokos brukar jag ta med men det hade jag inte hemma idag). Blanda ihop ungef\u00e4r lika delar av honung, olja och vatten i en annan sk\u00e5l. R\u00f6r i lite kanel. H\u00e4ll det \u00f6ver musliblandningen och r\u00f6r ut det. Det ska inte bli bl\u00f6tt, men lite fuktigt. Bred ut ett inte alltf\u00f6r tjockt lager p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. Rosta i ugnen p\u00e5 ca 175 g ca 15 min. R\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. <br \/>Sedan kan man ha i torkad frukt eller russin om man vill, men efter att man rostat, annars blir fruktbitarna svarta. Ibland torkar jag egna \u00e4pplen och har i (skiva tunt, tunt, tunt, doppa i vatten med lite salt s\u00e5 de inte blir bruna, och torka i ugnen p\u00e5 50-75 g med ugnsluckan p\u00e5 gl\u00e4nt.
