Jag \u00e4r verkligen inte n\u00e5gon bullmorsa utan brukar bara baka till speciella tillf\u00e4llen, s\u00e5 idag var Edith s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 att vi skulle ha kalas. Det skulle vi inte men bullarna blev bra \u00e4nd\u00e5!<br \/>Ibland g\u00f6r jag klassiska kanelbullar men oftast blir det med vaniljfyllning i och hackad mandel p\u00e5 toppen. Det \u00e4r mycket sm\u00f6r i och tillsammans med vaniljfyllningen blir de n\u00e4stan lite kolaaktiga i smaken. Ungef\u00e4r  s\u00e5 h\u00e4r \u00e4r mitt b\u00e4sta bullrecept:<\/p>\n<p>Ca 48 st<\/p>\n<p>Ett paket j\u00e4st, 50 g<br \/>3 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>1,5 dl socker<br \/>En nypa salt <br \/>1 \u00e4gg (eller tv\u00e5 om \u00e4ggen \u00e4r sm\u00e5 som fr\u00e5n mina h\u00f6nor!)<br \/>Lite salt<br \/>150 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>10-11 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>Fyllning:<br \/>Ca 200 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>2 msk vanillinsocker <br \/>2 msk socker<br \/>\u00c4gg till pensling<br \/>P\u00e4rlsocker<br \/>Hackad mandel<\/p>\n<p>Smula ner ett paket j\u00e4st i en bunke och l\u00f6s upp med 3 dl fingervarm mj\u00f6lk. R\u00f6r i 1,5 dl socker, en nypa salt och ett \u00e4gg. Klicka i 150 g mjukt sm\u00f6r.<br \/>Arbeta ned 10-11 dl vetemj\u00f6l i degen, lite i taget tills degen \u00e4r lagom smidig. Ju mindre mj\u00f6l man beh\u00f6ver desto b\u00e4ttre. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa under duk ungef\u00e4r en timme. <br \/>Kavla ut degen till tv\u00e5 stora rektanglar. Blanda ihop ungef\u00e4r 200 g mjukt sm\u00f6r, 2 msk vanillinsocker och 2 msk str\u00f6socker. Jag brukar h\u00f6fta lite h\u00e4r men kr\u00e4men ska smaka gott och r\u00e4cka till att bredas ut \u00f6ver rektanglarna.<br \/>Rulla ihop och sk\u00e4r rullarna i ca 24 bitar var. L\u00e4gg i bullformar och j\u00e4s under duk igen ca 30 min. Pensla med uppvispat \u00e4gg, str\u00f6 p\u00e5 p\u00e4rlsocker och g\u00e4rna lite hackad mandel. Gr\u00e4dda i 200 grader (varmluftsugn) ca 10 min. Har man vanlig ugn f\u00e5r man h\u00f6ja temperaturen lite bara.
