Jag har gjort ett par omg\u00e5ngar med surdegsbr\u00f6d sista veckan, s\u00e5 det k\u00e4ndes r\u00e4tt lyxigt att sl\u00e4nga fram en j\u00e4st och baka br\u00f6d p\u00e5 knappt en timme. Fast just d\u00e4rf\u00f6r blir ju surdegsbr\u00f6det extra gott, eftersom det \u00e4r lite styr innan det \u00e4r klart. Det h\u00e4r br\u00f6det \u00e4r d\u00e4remot pl\u00e4ttl\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra och g\u00e5r att sv\u00e4nga ihop p\u00e5 en liten stund bara. Ganska ofta hinner jag upp p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndagsmorgonen och g\u00f6r det innan barnen vill ha frukost, f\u00f6r eftersom det bara beh\u00f6ver j\u00e4sa 20 minuter s\u00e5 g\u00e5r det fort. Tips f\u00f6r morgondagens s\u00f6ndagsfrukost allts\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har bloggat om det n\u00e5ng\u00e5ng tidigare f\u00f6r cirka tusen \u00e5r sedan, men det h\u00e4r \u00e4r bara s\u00e5 bra, s\u00e5 jag g\u00f6r det igen. Vi \u00e5t det hemma n\u00e4r jag var liten, och vi kallade det d\u00e5 f\u00f6r &#8221;Gullvi-br\u00f6d&#8221; eftersom min mamma f\u00e5tt receptet av en Gullvi. Koka upp till en klistrig gr\u00f6t. Klicka i sm\u00f6ret och r\u00f6r runt. H\u00e4ll i lite till av mj\u00f6lken, s\u00e5 mycket att blandningen blir fingervarm, och r\u00f6r d\u00e5 i j\u00e4sten s\u00e5 den l\u00f6ser upp sig. Blanda i den sista mj\u00f6lken, sirap och salt. R\u00f6r i mj\u00f6let, lite i taget och kn\u00e5da degen antingen i maskin eller f\u00f6rhand. L\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa under bakduk ca 20 min.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r runda bullar av degen. \u00c4r degen f\u00f6r klibbig s\u00e5 tills\u00e4tt lite till av mj\u00f6let.
