V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4ter tacos med n\u00e5gra \u00e4lskade ungar i min n\u00e4rhet. Tacos i mjuka br\u00f6d, men f\u00f6rutom k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsr\u00f6ra och gr\u00f6nsaker stoppar de nachochips i br\u00f6det. Testar, och visst har de r\u00e4tt. Det \u00e4r verkligen gott.<\/p>\n<p>Id\u00e9n f\u00e5r f\u00f6lja med till n\u00e4sta grillkv\u00e4ll och det blir succ\u00e9. Potatischips som en del i burgarna ger struktur och en extra dimension. Lite knaper och s\u00e4ga vad man vill, men burgare av alla sorter g\u00f6r sig v\u00e4l med det lite salta potatiss\u00e4llskapet. Prova sj\u00e4lva.<\/p>\n<p>Till det knaprigt salta och sj\u00e4lva burgaren beh\u00f6vs n\u00e5got krispigt, fr\u00e4scht. Det blir coleslaw, b\u00e5de kr\u00e4mig och frisk. Och d\u00e4r satt den, burgarkombinationen med allt i ett.<\/p>\n<p>Nu lagar vi mat.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Chipsburgare med coleslaw <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 hamburgare, k\u00f6tt eller vegetariska<\/li>\n<li>4 hamburgerbr\u00f6d, g\u00e4rna av briochetyp<\/li>\n<li>4 n\u00e4var potatischips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>sallat<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Coleslaw<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g spetsk\u00e5l, blandad r\u00f6d och vit<\/li>\n<li>1 morot<\/li>\n<li>1 liten r\u00f6d l\u00f6k, eventuellt picklad<\/li>\n<li>1 dl majonn\u00e4s<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Strimla spetsk\u00e5len mycket fint, g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 en mandolin. Skala moroten och strimla den fint. Sk\u00e4r r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken i tunna skivor. Picklad \u00e4r gott om det finns till hands.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda de uppskurna gr\u00f6nsakerna med majonn\u00e4s. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Grilla eller stek burgare. Grunda med ett sallatsblad p\u00e5 undre br\u00f6dhalvan f\u00f6ljt av en n\u00e4ve chips, burgaren och en driva coleslaw.
