En hel knippa, kokt med en len hollandaises\u00e5s eller med pasta. Kr\u00e4migt och ostigt. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r den tiden. Med det mest \u00e4lskade ljudet. Det n\u00e4r man bryter en stj\u00e4lk av en sparris som bara p\u00e5 ett par dygn tagit sig upp ur jorden trind och spr\u00f6d p\u00e5 samma g\u00e5ng. Det kn\u00e4cket! Inget sl\u00e5r det.<\/p>\n<p>Och alltihop precis lagom till mors dag. Jag r\u00e4knas in i gruppen sparrisodlare och mor. Fem ungar som jag ska bjuda in p\u00e5 sparrismiddag p\u00e5 min dag. Egen sk\u00f6rd till mina ungar. B\u00e4ttre s\u00e4tt att fira kan jag inte t\u00e4nka mig.<\/p>\n<p>Till mors dag har jag tv\u00e5 val. Tv\u00e5 favoriter. Antingen blir det pasta. En variant med gr\u00e4dde, ost och lite citron. Den g\u00e5r som huvudr\u00e4tt och efter\u00e5t serveras rabarber i kompottform.<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/sparrispasta-forsommargodis\/\"> Sparrispastan har du recept p\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/a> och kompotten <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/rabarberkompott-och-en-knackig-bonuspaj\/\">finns vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Om valet faller p\u00e5 hollandaisesparrisen s\u00e5 passar den som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt. Och efter\u00e5t..hm, jag tror att det kan bli havets Wallenbergare.
