Smaken skiljer och vissa f\u00e5r n\u00e4stan mer, eller en annan karakt\u00e4r n\u00e4r de tas om hand. Tv\u00e5 av mina absoluta favoriter att ha i g\u00f6mmorna \u00e4r timjan och dragon.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e5da f\u00e5r nya smaktoner och de \u00e4r flitigt anv\u00e4nda. Det kan k\u00e4nnas tidigt att sk\u00f6rda, men det \u00e4r nu, innan de blommar som smaken \u00e4r allra b\u00e4st. I f\u00f6rsta hand g\u00e4ller det dragon. Fransk dragon, det \u00e4r viktigt. Den ryska, st\u00f6rre yvigare har inte alls samma smak.<\/p>\n<p>Blir det varmt och torrt blommar dragon r\u00e4tt snart och f\u00f6rlorar en hel del av sin arom. Den som allra b\u00e4st kommer till sin r\u00e4tt tillsammans med vin\u00e4ger. Antingen med ett par kvistar i en flaska eller \u00e5h \u00e4nnu hellre som esdragon d\u00e4r en burk packas t\u00e4tt med blad som t\u00e4cks med vin\u00e4ger. En av krydd\u00f6rterna som \u00e4r s\u00e5 fin torkad. Den beh\u00e5ller aromen som blir \u00e4nnu lite intensivare \u00e4n hos f\u00e4rska kvistar och jag har ett bra tips. Jag torkar i mindre buketter. De kan l\u00e4ggas hela i en gryta, eller kramas l\u00e4tt \u00f6ver olika r\u00e4tter. Fraset n\u00e4r man trycker \u00f6rterna i handen, doften och de sm\u00e5 bladen som regnar ner och s\u00e4tter smak. Ljuvligt!<\/p>\n<p>Timjansk\u00f6rden kan du v\u00e4nta lite med om du vill. Ta dem nu, eller precis n\u00e4r blommorna sl\u00e5r ut. Du kan ocks\u00e5 klippa ner dem efter blomning och inv\u00e4nta nya skott att ta p\u00e5 sensommaren.
