I alla fall om man anv\u00e4nder den p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt. F\u00f6r mig \u00e4r honung en smaksak. Bak och s\u00f6tsaker \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 vanliga i mitt k\u00f6k, men den lilla touchen av det s\u00f6ta vill jag g\u00e4rna ha. H\u00e4r kommer n\u00e5gra av mina honungstips.<\/p>\n<h2>Honung \u2013 blandade sm\u00e5tips<\/h2>\n<p>Mitt f\u00f6rsta tips \u00e4r sj\u00e4lvklart: Anv\u00e4nd honungen rakt upp och ner. P\u00e5 nyrostat br\u00f6d, eller rostat kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d. Jo, det blir s\u00e5 mycket godare efter en liten stund i rosten, spr\u00f6dare, smakrikare. H\u00e4r kommer smaken fram p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta s\u00e4tt och olikheterna. Bli en kon\u00e4ss\u00f6r och l\u00e4r dig skillnaden p\u00e5 maskros-, lind-, raps-, och ljunghonung.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4sta Rakt-upp-och- nertips tips \u00e4r att anv\u00e4nda honung \u00e4r till alla former av frukt och b\u00e4r. Ett uns honung i vin\u00e4gretten g\u00f6r ocks\u00e5 susen. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/ljus-ortdressing-lyfter-salladen\/\">Recept p\u00e5 en fin ljus \u00f6rtdressing har du h\u00e4r.<\/a> Och ja, vad m\u00e5nga \u00e4n s\u00e4ger samma sak g\u00e4ller r\u00f6dvinss\u00e5s, men bara en aning. Prova ocks\u00e5 min jordgubbssallad med honung, ost och svartpeppar. Honungsrostade mor\u00f6tter med chevrekr\u00e4m \u00e4r ljuvligt och ett bevis p\u00e5 att s\u00f6tt och salt \u00e4r goda v\u00e4nner. Honungskaramelliserad mandel med flingsalt \u00e4r ett annat. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/honungsrostade-morotter-pa-yoghurtbadd\/\">Mor\u00f6tterna hittar du vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Karamellisera med honung, men var beredd p\u00e5 att den br\u00e4nner vid l\u00e4gre temperatur \u00e4n socker. Vill du ha den i en marinad vid grillen ska r\u00e5varan bara f\u00e5 f\u00e4rg innan den placeras p\u00e5 indirekt v\u00e4rme utan grillkol under. Eller g\u00f6r en glaze som penslas p\u00e5 som sista moment. Honungen \u00e4r l\u00e4ttjobbad eftersom den \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att r\u00f6ra ut i en glaze, vin\u00e4grett eller i en kall s\u00e5s.<\/p>\n<p>Den som vill byta socker mot honung i ett recept kan r\u00e4kna med att 1 dl socker motsvarar ungef\u00e4r \u00bd dl honung. Det \u00e4r inget precist m\u00e5tt eftersom honung inneh\u00e5ller en del vatten och inte beter sig som socker. Den h\u00e5ller i burken hur l\u00e4nge som helst, men har inte sockrets konserverande f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga i exempelvis sylt och marmelad. Dessutom tappar den smaken om den hettas upp f\u00f6r mycket under l\u00e5ng tid.
