V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4lskar den! Kn\u00f6len som alltid st\u00e4ller upp. Vardag och fest. Mjukt kr\u00e4mig, frasig eller v\u00e4nligt fast. Varm eller kall. Smakrik eller mild. L\u00e4nkar till recept hittar du nedan.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Varje \u00e5r satsar jag p\u00e5 att hitta p\u00e5 n\u00e5got nytt och i \u00e5r f\u00e5r potatisen s\u00e4llskap av pigga senapsfr\u00f6n, inlagd gurka och l\u00f6k. Inga konstigheter, men det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett exempel p\u00e5 hur smaker f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras med hur man hanterar kniven.<\/p>\n<p>Samma sallad riktigt finskuren ger en helt annan upplevelse och h\u00e4r vill jag \u00e5t lite st\u00f6rre bitar. Potatisen f\u00e5r koka varsamt s\u00e5 att den h\u00e5ller ihop och gurkan blandas i utan att hackas. Jag vill ha en potatissallad d\u00e4r man ser vad man f\u00e5r. Och s\u00e5 har vi de sm\u00e5 stingen fr\u00e5n picklade senapsfr\u00f6n. Mycket gott och inte alls sv\u00e5rt.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Potatissallad med picklade senapsfr\u00f6n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>800 g potatis<\/li>\n<li>1 liten gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>2 \u2013 3 inlagda \u00e4ttiks- eller vin\u00e4gerinlagda gurkor<\/li>\n<li>1 dl majonn\u00e4s<\/li>\n<li>sallads- eller gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Picklade senapsfr\u00f6n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 msk gula senapsfr\u00f6n<\/li>\n<li>4 msk vatten<\/li>\n<li>4 msk \u00e4ttika, 12%<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd msk socker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>B\u00f6rja med att pickla senapsfr\u00f6. L\u00e4gg ingredienserna i en liten kastrull och l\u00e5t sakta sm\u00e5puttra tills fr\u00f6na mjuknat. R\u00e4kna med att det tar runt 30 minuter. Fyll eventuellt p\u00e5 med lite vatten. Det f\u00e5r inte koka torrt.<\/li>\n<li>Koka potatisen, skalet kan sitta kvar om det \u00e4r tunt. L\u00e5t potatisen svalna och sk\u00e4r sedan i tunna klyftor.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka l\u00f6ken fint och sk\u00e4r gurkan p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden i strimlor. Sk\u00e4r sallads- eller gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k i tunna ringar.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda potatis, l\u00f6k, inlagd gurka och en eller ett par msk picklade senapsfr\u00f6n med majonn\u00e4sen. Majonn\u00e4sen ska bara binda ingredienserna. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Str\u00f6 den skurna salladsl\u00f6ken \u00f6ver.<\/li>\n<li>Grilla korven och servera den p\u00e5 ett tunnbr\u00f6d tillsammans med potatissalladen och en extra sk\u00e5l med picklade senapsfr\u00f6n vid sidan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Det finns ett annat s\u00e4tt att pickla senapsfr\u00f6n p\u00e5 kr\u00e4ver lite l\u00e4ngre tid men funkar fint.
