Men av vad? V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett exkluderande inl\u00e4gg. Det g\u00e4ller bara de lyckliga sj\u00e4lar som har en egen solmogen, f\u00e4rgsprakande tomatsk\u00f6rd att gl\u00e4djas \u00e5t. Eller dem som har en odlarv\u00e4n eller en fantastisk g\u00e5rdsbutik i sin n\u00e4rhet. H\u00e4r betyder r\u00e5varan allt. L\u00e5t den ta plats och njut \u00e5rets b\u00e4sta pastar\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e5 ingredienser, men i m\u00e4ngd. Chockerande stor m\u00e4ngd och s\u00e5 ska det vara.<\/p>\n<p>Varje dag sl\u00e5r jag upp d\u00f6rrarna till v\u00e4xthusen, blundar och njuter av doft och fuktig v\u00e4rme. Dagens b\u00e4sta stund. Lilla v\u00e4xthuset \u00e4r fyllt av tomater och nu \u00e4ntligen efter en sen start levererar dem m\u00e4ngder.<\/p>\n<p>Sorterna \u00e4r blandade, f\u00f6r en tomat \u00e4r inte detsamma som en tomat. N\u00e5gra bidrar med syra, andra med s\u00f6tma p\u00e5 gr\u00e4nsen till s\u00f6ta b\u00e4r. Vissa fyller handflatan helt och v\u00e4ger runt halvkilot andra plockar jag som sm\u00e5godis. Och f\u00e4rgerna!<\/p>\n<p>I \u00e5r har jag verkligen v\u00e4ntat och inte plockat f\u00f6rr\u00e4n de \u00e4r helt mogna. En smakm\u00e4ssig hit. Skillnaden \u00e4r stor n\u00e4r de f\u00e5r chans att utveckla alla aromer i solljuset. Ett tips som f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt g\u00e4ller mycket. Har m\u00e4rkt att b\u00e5de vinb\u00e4r och krusb\u00e4r blir mycket b\u00e4ttre om de sk\u00f6rdas lite senare \u00e4n man f\u00f6rst tror.<\/p>\n<p>Men nu lagar vi mat. Obs! Det g\u00e5r fort att laga och pastan ska inte v\u00e4nta en sekund utan serveras \u00e5ngande het till v\u00e4ntande middagsg\u00e4ster.<\/p>\n<h2>Solmogen tomatpasta<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>500 g spagetti<\/p>\n<p>750 g solmogna tomater, eller mer<\/p>\n<p>10 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd \u00a0&#8211; 2 dl olivolja<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar, mycket<\/p>\n<p>1 knippa f\u00e4rsk basilika<\/p>\n<p>2 dl f\u00e4rsk, riven parmesanost + mer till servering<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 pastavattnet som ska vara saltare \u00e4n du tror.<\/li>\n<li>Dela tomaterna i bitar.<\/li>\n<li>Koka pastan under tiden du finhackar vitl\u00f6k och sk\u00e4r basilika. Eller river den. I Toscana betyder det otur att sk\u00e4ra i de fina bladen : )<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll av pastan. Och s\u00e4tt tillbaka kastrullen p\u00e5 spisen. H\u00e4ll i oljan, hetta upp och sl\u00e4ng i vitl\u00f6ken som absolut inte ska brynas. Redan efter n\u00e5gra sekunder l\u00e4ggs tomaterna i och kastrullen tas fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver svartpeppar, mer \u00e4n du tror, och v\u00e4nd runt. Eller ta ett ordentligt tag i kastrullens handtag och svinga pastan p\u00e5 kockvis. R\u00f6r snabbt i parmesanosten och h\u00e4ll upp p\u00e5 serveringsfat. Spring in till bordet!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>S\u00e5 enkelt och helt outstanding gott. Igen kan man konstatera att bra r\u00e5varor g\u00f6r enorm skillnad. Bra att veta ocks\u00e5 till n\u00e4sta s\u00e4song \u00e4r att tomater trivs utm\u00e4rkt i stora krukor eller hinkar. En balkong, en minitr\u00e4dg\u00e5rd eller en undanskymd plats f\u00f6r gerillaodling. G\u00f6r det bara! Tomatodling st\u00e5r definitivt p\u00e5 min lista f\u00f6r livskvalitet. Och s\u00e4tt g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gra basilikafr\u00f6n i kanten p\u00e5 krukan.
