Smaken \u00e4r morotss\u00f6t med halloumis\u00e4lta och ett litet chilisting. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rra \u00e5ret hade morotsflugorna kalas p\u00e5 lotten. Ett sommarl\u00e5ngt g\u00e4stabud faktiskt f\u00f6r inte en enda morot var utan angrepp. I \u00e5r t\u00e4ckte jag b\u00e4ddarna med finmaskigt n\u00e4t och det har funkat. Sk\u00f6rden \u00e4r enorm eftersom jag inte kunde hejda mig och s\u00e5dde rad efter rad efter rad f\u00f6r att kompensera fjol\u00e5ret.<\/p>\n<p>Det blir till att \u00e4ta mor\u00f6tter och inte mig emot. Recept p\u00e5 hela mj\u00f6lksyrade mor\u00f6tter<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/hela-mjolksyrade-morotter\/\"> finns h\u00e4r<\/a> och vill du syra rivna mor\u00f6tter s\u00e5 kan du<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/syrade-morotter\/\"> kika vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a> Men nu lagar vi mat.<\/p>\n<h2>Morotsfritters<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g mor\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>1 halloumi eller grillost, 200 g<\/li>\n<li>2 skivor vitt br\u00f6d<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>1 medelstark chilifrukt<\/li>\n<li>1 liten knippa persilja<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Riv mor\u00f6tter och halloumi grovt.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa br\u00f6dskivorna tillsammans med chili och vitl\u00f6k till smulor. Smaka av chilin f\u00f6rst s\u00e5 du kan avg\u00f6ra om hela ska med.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka persilja och blanda alla ingredienserna i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Forma smeten till 12 stycken sm\u00e5, r\u00e4tt platta burgare och stek de p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme till fin f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>V\u00e5ra fritters fick s\u00e4llskap av vitl\u00f6ksfr\u00e4sta b\u00f6nor, tomatsallad, klyftpotatis och en klick rysk yoghurt.
