P\u00e5 n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 minuter har du ett trevligt sm\u00e5plock att \u00e4gna dig \u00e5t. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c4r det n\u00e5gon mer \u00e4n jag som \u00e4tit sl\u00e4p\u00e4rtor? En av sommarens h\u00f6jdpunkter&#8230;p\u00e5 den tiden n\u00e4r de fanns att f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5. Var tog de v\u00e4gen? Vet att vi k\u00f6pte dem p\u00e5 finaste torget mitt i storstaden f\u00f6r en hel massa \u00e5r sedan, men sen puts v\u00e4ck.<\/p>\n<p>Kanske var det n\u00e5gon sorts gr\u00e5\u00e4rt, \u00e5ker\u00e4rt eller ja, nu verkar ingen veta. Hela id\u00e9n \u00e4r i alla fall den att \u00e4rtorna kokas i sin o\u00e4tbara skida. De serveras med en liten kopp sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r, man tar hela skidan, doppar i sm\u00f6ret och sl\u00e4par, eller drar ut \u00e4rtorna mellan t\u00e4nderna. Sj\u00e4lva skidan l\u00e4gger man \u00e5t sidan. Ljuvligt gott.<\/p>\n<p>Inte riktigt en fullv\u00e4rdig middag, men som sm\u00e5plockig f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt, eller som en del i en kr\u00e4ftskiva. Perfekt!<\/p>\n<p>I \u00e5rets odlingar har jag sojab\u00f6nor och de finns med f\u00f6r att \u00e4tas f\u00e4rska, p\u00e5 sl\u00e4p\u00e4rtsliknande s\u00e4tt. Edamameb\u00f6nor odlas annars som torkb\u00f6na, sojab\u00f6nor r\u00e4tt och sl\u00e4tt. Men jag vill ha mina gr\u00f6na. Smaken \u00e4r lite n\u00f6tig och det \u00e4r viktigt att inte \u00f6verkoka. Proceduren \u00e4r l\u00f6jligt enkel.<\/p>\n<h2>Edamameb\u00f6nor som snacks<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>hela f\u00e4rska edamameb\u00f6nor kvar i skidan, minst en rej\u00e4l n\u00e4ve per person<\/li>\n<li>flingsalt<\/li>\n<li>olivolja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka upp en kastrull med saltat vatten. L\u00e4gg i de hela b\u00f6nskidorna och koka dem 3 \u00bd minut. \u00d6verkokta \u00e4r de inte alls lika roliga.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll av kokvattnet och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver flingsalt.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt fram en liten kopp med god olivolja till var och en vid bordet. Skirat sm\u00f6r \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 gott. Eller en blandning : )<\/li>\n<li>Doppa b\u00f6norna i oljan och dra skidan mellan t\u00e4nderna f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ut b\u00f6norna. Mmm!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Utan sojab\u00f6nsodling finns andra s\u00e4tt att njuta b\u00f6nsk\u00f6rd. Brytb\u00f6nor?
