Lite grytk\u00e4nsla, kyckling, \u00e4ppeldofter, brynt l\u00f6k och salvia. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kycklingl\u00e5rfil\u00e9 \u00e4r verkligen s\u00e5 underskattat och anses liksom inte lika fint som br\u00f6stfil\u00e9. Men fel, fel, fel! Det urbenade l\u00e5ret kl\u00e5r fil\u00e9n p\u00e5 alla punkter om ni fr\u00e5gar mig. Smaken \u00e4r definitivt b\u00e4ttre, k\u00f6ttet \u00e4r lite m\u00f6rkare och m\u00f6rare. Det klarar v\u00e4rme b\u00e4ttre och blir inte alls torrt p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som br\u00f6stfil\u00e9 kan bli. Perfekt till gryta och br\u00e4sering s\u00e4ger jag.<\/p>\n<p>Br\u00e4sera? Jo, d\u00e5 f\u00e5r r\u00e5varan f\u00f6rst en stekyta i panna f\u00f6r att sedan puttra f\u00e4rdigt under lock i liten m\u00e4ngd v\u00e4tska. Precis s\u00e5 som dagens kycklingl\u00e5rfil\u00e9 i cidersky. Och h\u00e4r kommer den.<\/p>\n<h2>Kycklingl\u00e5rfil\u00e9 med cidersky<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g kycklingl\u00e5rfil\u00e9 + steksn\u00f6re<\/li>\n<li>f\u00e4rska salviablad<\/li>\n<li>2 dl torr \u00e4ppelcider<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>1 msk koncentrerad kycklingbuljong<\/li>\n<li>2 \u2013 3 \u00e4pplen beroende p\u00e5 storlek<\/li>\n<li>8 schalottenl\u00f6kar<\/li>\n<li>30 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Salta och peppra kycklingen l\u00e4tt runtom. Knyt ett par bitar steksn\u00f6re runt varje l\u00e5rbit s\u00e5 att de h\u00e5ller formen och f\u00e4st g\u00e4rna ett salviablad mellan tr\u00e5darna. Stek kycklingen till fin f\u00e4rg runtom.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll cider, vatten och fond i kycklingpannan och br\u00e4sera under lock 20 minuter. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r \u00e4pple och l\u00f6k i klyftor. L\u00e4gg l\u00f6ken i en panna och stek den n\u00e5gra minuter innan \u00e4pplet l\u00e4ggs i. B\u00e5de l\u00f6k och \u00e4pple ska f\u00e5 fin f\u00e4rg och l\u00f6ken ska vara helt genom mjuk. Precis p\u00e5 slutet l\u00e4ggs n\u00e5gra salviablad i pannan.<\/li>\n<li>Ta kycklingen fr\u00e5n spisen och vispa ner sm\u00f6ret i skyn.
