H\u00e4r kommer den i h\u00f6stversion med lingonchutney. L\u00e5ter det konstigt? Inte alls.<\/p>\n<p>En chutney har m\u00e5nga likheter med vanlig ketchup. S\u00f6rsyrligt och kryddigt. Smakbrytningar som passar korv perfekt. Majonn\u00e4s med en osttouch och frasigt rostad l\u00f6k till ger det kr\u00e4miga och ja det knapriga som en topping ska ha. Alltihop perfekt i s\u00e4song med klockren h\u00f6stk\u00e4nsla.<\/p>\n<p>Satsen chutney \u00e4r liten och ingenting att lagra p\u00e5 hyllan, men den h\u00e5ller sig ett par veckor i kylen. Ett lite annorlunda, men perfekt tillbeh\u00f6r till f\u00e4rsbiffar och till viltk\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n<h2>Lingonchutney, V\u00e4sterbottensostmajjo och rostad l\u00f6k som korvtoppning<\/h2>\n<p>4 \u2013 6 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl lingon<\/li>\n<li>1 schalottenl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl socker<\/li>\n<li>1 kanelst\u00e5ng<\/li>\n<li>4 kryddnejlikor<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk svartpeppar<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Frasigt rostad l\u00f6k<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 gula l\u00f6kar<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl rapsolja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>V\u00e4sterbottensostmajjo<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl majonn\u00e4s, se separat recept<\/li>\n<li>1 dl fint riven V\u00e4sterbottensost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Finhacka l\u00f6ken till lingonchutneyn. Fr\u00e4s den varsamt i panna. L\u00e4gg i chutneyns \u00f6vriga ingredienser och puttra ihop till en relativt fast konsistens konsistens. Den stelnar n\u00e4r den svalnat.<\/li>\n<li>Skala halvera och skiva l\u00f6ken som ska rostas. Skiva mycket tunt, allra b\u00e4st blir det med hj\u00e4lp av en mandolin. H\u00e4ll upp olja i en panna och rosta p\u00e5 medeltemperatur. Blir oljan f\u00f6r het br\u00e4nns l\u00f6ken snabbt. H\u00e5ll koll p\u00e5 processen och ta pannan fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen n\u00e4r l\u00f6ken \u00e4r j\u00e4mnt gyllenbrun. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver p\u00e5 hush\u00e5llspapper f\u00f6r att rinna av.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda majonn\u00e4sen med den fint rivna osten.<\/li>\n<li>Stek eller grilla korven. L\u00e4gg korvarna i br\u00f6den och toppa med p\u00e5l\u00e4ggen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r toppningen passar ocks\u00e5 utm\u00e4rkt p\u00e5 en hamburgare.
