Den mustiga s\u00e5sen. Och fisken alla \u00e4lskar. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En fiskmiddag av tre best\u00e5r av lax. Fisken som var typisk festmat har blivit vardag. Betydligt mer l\u00e4ttillg\u00e4nglig, till ett skapligt pris och definitivt inte sv\u00e5rlagad. Den h\u00e5ller sn\u00e4llt ihop n\u00e4r den hamnar i pannan och \u00e4r fet nog att inte fastna i botten.<\/p>\n<p>Dessutom klarar den att smaks\u00e4ttas utan att f\u00f6rlora sig sj\u00e4lv. Begr\u00e4nsningarna \u00e4r sm\u00e5 ocks\u00e5 i hur den serveras. Stekt, grillad, r\u00e5, rimmad, gravad, ugnsbakad, inkokt och s\u00e5 vidare. En l\u00e4ttsam k\u00f6kskompis helt enkelt.<\/p>\n<p>Favoriterna varierar med s\u00e4song och just nu har jag tv\u00e5 varianter som g\u00e5r p\u00e5 repeat. Den f\u00f6rsta \u00e4r en currylax. Och nu snackar vi gul curry. Ni vet curryburken med det v\u00e4nlig doftande gula pulvret som egentligen \u00e4r en engelsk uppfinning snarare \u00e4n autentisk indisk krydda.<\/p>\n<p>Ett brittiskt f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att plocka hem de exotiska smakerna fr\u00e5n en imperialistisk era. Obs att h\u00e4r finns ingen ironi. Tanken var god och currypulvret spred sig inte minst till Norden.<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/laxcurry-en-nostalgitripp\/\"> I receptet vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r m\u00f6ter curryn laxen.<\/a> Och det g\u00f6r den r\u00e4tt i!<\/p>\n<p>Min andra favorit f\u00f6r dagen \u00e4r en lax som doftar av soltorkad tomat och ost. L\u00e4tt att laga och verkligen s\u00e5 gott. Passar f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt utm\u00e4rkt att st\u00e4lla fram till en b\u00e4ttre middag.<\/p>\n<h2>Laxfavoriter &#8211; Kr\u00e4mig lax med soltorkad tomat och parmesan<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g f\u00e4rsk laxfil\u00e9 i portionsbitar<\/li>\n<li>1 schalottenl\u00f6k, finhackad<\/li>\n<li>2 dl vitt vin<\/li>\n<li>3 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd msk kr\u00e4m av soltorkade tomater<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>peppar<\/li>\n<li>65 \u2013 70 g babyspenat, en liten p\u00e5se<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl f\u00e4rsk, riven parmesanost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Stek laxskivorna till fin f\u00e4rg, cirka 3 minuter p\u00e5 varje sida. Ta upp och l\u00e4gg \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n<li>Svetta l\u00f6ken i pannan och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vinet som f\u00e5r koka ihop till h\u00e4lften innan gr\u00e4dden r\u00f6rs i tillsammans med tomatkr\u00e4men. Sjud under omr\u00f6rning i 10 minuter och smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4nd ner spenaten och strax d\u00e4refter osten.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg ner laxbitarna och servera med pressad potatis och sallad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vill du ha det \u00e4nnu enklare s\u00e5 kika p\u00e5 min ajvarlax.
