Socker \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att \u00e4ta, men r\u00e4tt sv\u00e5rt att laga. Jag h\u00f6ftar ofta n\u00e4r jag lagar mat, men socker vill ha det exakt. Det \u00e4r helt enkelt s\u00e5 att jag, bakningen och desserterna liksom inte funnit varandra. Och \u00e4nd\u00e5 \u00e4r det kul att kunna fixa till n\u00e5got gott en v\u00e5reftermiddag n\u00e4r solen bjuder p\u00e5 en stunds varm vila. Lite kaffe och n\u00e5t\u2026men vad? Jag vet!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minns ni hotan totan? Kanske \u00e4r det en lokal grej fr\u00e5n mina barndomskvarter, men jag tror att den finns lite \u00f6verallt. Principen \u00e4r enkel och det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett p\u00e5hitt s\u00e4kert uppfunnet av n\u00e5gon godissugen unge. Ta tre goda grejer och hetta upp dem i en panna. L\u00e5t stelna om du orkar v\u00e4nta, sedan \u00e4r det bara att \u00e4ta.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00f6r, socker och havregryn. S\u00e5 enkelt och riktigt gott om de f\u00e5r m\u00f6tas en stund i v\u00e4rmen av en stekpanna. Jag har tv\u00e5 hemligheter som g\u00f6r blandningen lite vuxnare och v\u00e4rdigare.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta. L\u00e5t blandningen ligga lite l\u00e4ngre \u00e4n du tror i pannan. Den ska inte br\u00e4nnas, men sockret ska verkligen karamelliseras. Det hela ska f\u00e5 lite f\u00e4rg och doften ska vara s\u00f6t, intensiv och precis p\u00e5 gr\u00e4nsen till br\u00e4nd.<\/p>\n<p>Mitt andra tips \u00e4r att l\u00e4gga till lite rivet citronskal. Det ska i samtidigt som du tar pannan fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen.<\/p>\n<p>I \u00f6vrigt inneh\u00e5ller den h\u00e4r lilla fikastunden, glass, bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och eventuellt vispad gr\u00e4dde f\u00f6r den som \u00e4r riktigt ambiti\u00f6s. Citron \u00e5terkommer i crunchet och i snabbsylten som kokas ihop p\u00e5 bl\u00e5b\u00e4r. Citron och bl\u00e5b\u00e4r \u00e4r f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt som gjorda f\u00f6r varandra. Crunchigt och glassigt med bl\u00e5b\u00e4rs-och citrontouch.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Hotancrunch med bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och glass (4 sm\u00e5 sk\u00e5lar)<\/h2>\n<h4>Hotancrunch<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>30 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl socker<\/li>\n<li>2 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<li>rivet skal av \u00bd citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Bl\u00e5b\u00e4rssylt<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>3 dl bl\u00e5b\u00e4r<\/li>\n<li>2 msk socker, ev syltsocker om du har<\/li>\n<li>1 msk pressad citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\u00d6vrigt<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>vaniljglass<\/li>\n<li>ev vispad gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en stekpanna. L\u00e4gg i sockret och r\u00f6r om. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 en liten stund innan h\u00e4ller i havregrynen. R\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t st\u00e5. R\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 en liten stund mellan varven. N\u00e4r blandningen doftar och f\u00e5tt lite f\u00e4rg tar du den fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen. R\u00f6r i citronskalet och st\u00e4ll att stelna. Det ska bli ett riktigt knaprigt crunch.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, socker och citron i en kastrull. Koka upp och l\u00e5t puttra en kort stund. Konsistensen ska bli lite syltig. Snabbast g\u00e5r det med syltsocker som inneh\u00e5ller pektin. Men vanligt socker f\u00e5r man r\u00e4kna med att det blir lite rinnigt, men smaken \u00e4r lika bra.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t b\u00e5de crunch och sylt svalna innan du l\u00e4gger upp i sk\u00e5lar. Varva sylt, glass, knaprigt hotancrunch och avsluta eventuellt med en klick gr\u00e4dde.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Har du n\u00e5got snabbfixat fikatips att dela?
