V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6k allts\u00e5, en av mina absolut mest \u00e4lskade r\u00e5varor. Ofta f\u00f6rbisedd som en sj\u00e4lvklarhet, men t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 allt den g\u00f6r f\u00f6r oss. Den ger stinget eller den mustiga s\u00f6tman allt efter v\u00e5ra preferenser f\u00f6r dagen.\u00a0 Dessutom n\u00e4stan gratis.<\/p>\n<p>Och jag var bara tvungen att ge den huvudrollen i en omg\u00e5ng fritters. Men nu ska l\u00f6ken f\u00e5 skina som stj\u00e4rna.<\/p>\n<p>En novembervariant med tunt skivad l\u00f6k som stekts l\u00e4nge p\u00e5 relativt l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme f\u00f6r att bli mjuk och l\u00e4tt karamelliserad. Blandar i grillost f\u00f6r en mild s\u00e4lta som v\u00e4ger upp l\u00f6kens lite s\u00f6ta toner.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5got aningen syrligt m\u00e5ste till och det fick bli lingonsylt blandat med k\u00e5l. L\u00e5ter galet, men \u00e4r inte dumt alls. En klassiker fr\u00e5n skolbespisningen. L\u00e4ste att kocken Mathias Dahlgren brukar blanda upp r\u00e5r\u00f6rda lingon med en n\u00e4ve f\u00e4rska eller frysta. Sylten blir helt klart fr\u00e4schare och syrligare utan att det drar i mungiporna. Prova det! Till verket.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u00f6kfritters<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 g gul l\u00f6k, 4 \u2013 5 stycken<\/li>\n<li>200 g halloumi eller grillost<\/li>\n<li>2 skivor vitt br\u00f6d<\/li>\n<li>1 liten knippa persilja<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Halvera, skala och skiva l\u00f6ken tunt. Stek l\u00f6ken helt mjuk och till fin f\u00e4rg p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme. L\u00e5t svalna.<\/li>\n<li>Riv osten p\u00e5 rivj\u00e4rnets grova sida.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa br\u00f6det till smulor. Finhacka persiljan.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda l\u00f6ken med ost, br\u00f6dsmulor, persilja, \u00e4gg och vetemj\u00f6l.<\/li>\n<li>Forma 8 lite st\u00f6rre eller 12 mindre fritters. Stek dem gyllenbruna och frasiga i panna.<\/li>\n<li>Servera med riktigt fint strimlad k\u00e5l blandad med lite r\u00e5r\u00f6rda lingon och eventuellt stekt bacon eller knaperstekta fl\u00e4skt\u00e4rningar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bloggen \u00e4r full av inl\u00e4gg om l\u00f6k och den som vill l\u00e4ra sig hacka, pickla eller g\u00f6ra sm\u00e5 fina mormorsl\u00f6kar <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/veckans-ravara-lok\/\">kan kika p\u00e5 inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r<\/a>.
