Kavla och stansa ut lagom stor botten. Sk\u00e4r ut remsor av deg till kant. Picka botten och st\u00e4ll i frysen.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 grader och f\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda pajskalet till fin f\u00e4rg. Ta ut.<\/li>\n<li>Finhacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k. Ta bort grova stj\u00e4lkar fr\u00e5n bladen. Fr\u00e4s alltihop en kort stund i olja. Lite, lite salt p\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li>Grovhacka fr\u00e4set och l\u00e4gg det p\u00e5 pajbotten, Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver osten. Blanda \u00e4gg, creme fraiche och gr\u00e4ddmj\u00f6lk. H\u00e4ll blandningen \u00f6ver och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 mellan trettio och fyrtio minuter.
