F\u00f6r smak och v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enklare kan det inte bli. Och det \u00e4r bakterier som g\u00f6r jobbet. Med r\u00e4tt f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar tar de hand om hela processen och f\u00f6rvandlar r\u00e5a gr\u00f6nsaker till n\u00e5got nytt, sp\u00e4nnande och mycket gott. En sorts matlagning p\u00e5 mikroniv\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Den fredliga bakteriearm\u00e9n har inga h\u00f6ga arbetskrav. De n\u00f6jer sig med den m\u00e5ttliga m\u00e4ngden socker som finns i gr\u00f6nsakerna, salt, v\u00e4tska, r\u00e4tt temperatur och en syrefri milj\u00f6.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5, tid \u00e4r en annan faktor. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ingen snabbmat. N\u00e5gra veckor beh\u00f6ver de p\u00e5 sig f\u00f6r att vinna slaget. Dessutom har m\u00e4ngden av vissa vitaminer \u00f6kat. Mycket talar f\u00f6r att det finns andra h\u00e4lsof\u00f6rdelar, men lite os\u00e4kert \u00e4r det. Den lite jordiga r\u00f6dbetstonen har f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats och r\u00f6dbetans allra b\u00e4sta smakegenskaper kommer fram. Den \u00e4lskade. Jag syrar vit- och r\u00f6d i m\u00e4ngd. \u00c4ter en liten sk\u00e5l till lunch varje dag med rivet \u00e4pple och senapsvin\u00e4grett.
