Som ett minijulbord till advent. Varf\u00f6r inte. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det blir l\u00e4tt s\u00e5 mycket, inte sant? En bit skinka och en till. Prinskorven ser inte dum ut och de d\u00e4r k\u00f6ttbullarna\u2026 en sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sbordsf\u00e4lla, eller en julbordsfallgrop. Samtidigt \u00e4r det d\u00e4r plocket med olika saker trevligt.<\/p>\n<p>Jag g\u00f6r en variant och v\u00e4nder mig till mackan. En lagom stor med v\u00e4l valda delar att servera dagen d\u00e5 jag lovat en f\u00f6rsmak av jul redan andra advent. Det stora bordet kommer, men inte \u00e4n.<\/p>\n<p>Konceptet \u00e4r inte dumt alls egentligen. Gammalt, sedan tidigt 1900-tal, men id\u00e9n \u00e4r bra. Och jag vill ha det enkelt. Inte ett potpurri av smaker som egentligen inte funkar ihop. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r v\u00e4ljer jag noga bland sm\u00f6rg\u00e5rdsbordets turer, f\u00f6r ni vet v\u00e4l att det finns s\u00e5dana? Fem stycken s\u00e4ger nestor Tore wretman. Smakerna ska inte blandas hejdl\u00f6st. Det hela ska \u00e4tas i en en viss ordning och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till.<\/p>\n<h2>Julbordets fem turer<\/h2>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rsta turen:<\/strong> Sill, sill, sill och str\u00f6mming. En r\u00e5vara som \u00e4ndrat status och g\u00e5tt fr\u00e5n gammaldags n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndighetsmat till delikatess. Det \u00e4r den salta sillen inlagd i \u00e4ttika som inleder festen vid sidan av gravad str\u00f6mming i s\u00e4llskap med potatis, br\u00f6d och svensk h\u00e5rdost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andra turen:<\/strong> Fisktemat forts\u00e4tter med gravat, stekt inlagt, inkokt och r\u00f6kt. H\u00e4r finns ocks\u00e5 tillagade sillr\u00e4tter som str\u00f6mmingsl\u00e5da. Vi bjuder dessutom p\u00e5<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/vasterbottensostpaj-toppettan\/\"> en v\u00e4sterbottenspaj med l\u00f6jrom<\/a> som platsar i ledet runt bordets andra tur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tredje turen:<\/strong> F\u00f6rsta k\u00f6ttrundan kommer under rubriken kallskuret. Pastej, pat\u00e9, skinka, korv och r\u00f6kt k\u00f6tt tillsammans med smakrika tillbeh\u00f6r som senap, <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/syltad-hostskord-basta-tillbehoren\/\">syltad svamp,<\/a> inl\u00e4ggningar och chutneys. G\u00e4rna med en kall sallad av riktigt finstrimlad r\u00f6dk\u00e5l, \u00e4pple, purjo och god senapsdressing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fj\u00e4rde turen:<\/strong> Det sm\u00e5varma g\u00f6r entr\u00e9. Nu \u00e4r det dags att plocka f\u00f6r sig av k\u00f6ttbullar, <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/revbensspjall-julkryddiga\/\">spj\u00e4ll,<\/a> och svampomelett som \u00e4r givna tillsammans med annat varmt ocks\u00e5 olika gr\u00f6nsaksr\u00e4tter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Femte turen<\/strong>: Grand final! Nu beh\u00f6vs friska, s\u00f6ta smaker i en dessert. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/vispad-lingonpannacotta-nyarsdessert\/\">Vispad lingonpannacotta<\/a> kanske!?<\/p>\n<p>Jag satsar p\u00e5 en kombo av den tredje och fj\u00e4rde turen eftersom jag vet att det sitter k\u00f6tt\u00e4tare runt bordet, men man skulle lika g\u00e4rna kunna g\u00e5 p\u00e5 fisksp\u00e5ret.
