Som sm\u00e5 gl\u00e4nsande julkulor med pigg syra som parerar allt det s\u00f6ta. Perfekt! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vissa saker h\u00e4nger kvar. Som farmors jull\u00e5da. Varje \u00e5r h\u00e4mtade vi en stor tr\u00e4l\u00e5da skickad med t\u00e5g fr\u00e5n J\u00f6rn. Definitivt en av \u00e5rets h\u00f6jdpunkter. S\u00e5 mycket omt\u00e4nksamhet och k\u00e4rlek som rymdes i den l\u00e5dan.<\/p>\n<p>Farmor i sitt lilla, lilla vedeldade hus i v\u00e4sterbottensskogen t\u00e4nkte p\u00e5 oss, storstadsfamiljen p\u00e5 fina \u00d6stermalm. Hon ville att vi skulle ha en riktigt fin jul. S\u00e4kert f\u00f6rberedde hon i m\u00e5nader och packade omsorgsfullt l\u00e5dan med stickade lovikavantar, broderade juldukar, virkade grytlappar, en s\u00e4ck med den finaste mandelpotatisen, en sorts hembrygd must och ett stort krus r\u00e5r\u00f6rda lingon.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 blev lingonen en del av min varmaste julk\u00e4nsla. Och de h\u00e4nger med i nya versioner. Mycket passande med krispig syra bland s\u00f6tsakerna, eller hur? H\u00e4r kommer de i en pajversion.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Lingonkolapaj med choklad<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>8 \u2013 12 bitar<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Pajdeg<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>100 g sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl str\u00f6socker<\/p>\n<p>2 dl havregryn<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Fyllning<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>200 g m\u00f6rk choklad<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<p>50 g sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd dl ljus sirap<\/p>\n<p>1 krm salt<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd dl lingon<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>l\u00e4ttvispad gr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och blanda med pajdegens \u00f6vriga ingredienser. Tryck ut degen i en pajform med avtagbar kant. F\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda pajskalet till fin f\u00e4rg i cirka 10 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka chokladen. Sjud gr\u00e4dde, sm\u00f6r, sirap och salt i 10 minuter. Ta kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r ner den hackade chokladen tills den sm\u00e4lter helt och fyllningen \u00e4r bl\u00e4nkande sl\u00e4t.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll fyllningen i skalet och f\u00f6rdela lingonen \u00f6ver ytan. St\u00e4ll svalt i 10 \u2013 12 timmar f\u00f6r att pajen ska stelna helt.
