V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rostade druvor, knapriga n\u00f6tter, apelsiner, r\u00f6d- och gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l. Krisp, f\u00e4rger och syrliga toner till julbordsklassikerna. Dessutom s\u00e5 kul att g\u00f6ra. Helgen som f\u00f6rknippas med s\u00f6tt och salt beh\u00f6ver en kontrast. Och ingredienserna finns p\u00e5 plats f\u00f6r en kreativ k\u00f6kssj\u00e4l att hugga tag i.<\/p>\n<p>Mitt enda r\u00e5d \u00e4r att strunta i gurka och bleka tomater. G\u00e5 ist\u00e4llet p\u00e5 s\u00e4songens gr\u00f6na lista som \u00e4r l\u00e5ng och verkligen inte bara gr\u00f6n.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4nk citrus, k\u00e5l av alla slag, n\u00f6tter och rotsaker. T\u00e4nk krispigt, knaprigt, syrligt, friskt gr\u00f6nt och mjukt ugnsrostat. En variant med f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, apelsin och en hel del annat gott kommer h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<h2>Apelsindoftande julsallad med k\u00e5l och linser<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<h4>Ugnsrost<\/h4>\n<p>200 g f\u00e4rsk blomk\u00e5l, delad<\/p>\n<p>150 g f\u00e4rsk brysselk\u00e5l<\/p>\n<p>75 g vindruvor<\/p>\n<p>\u00be dl hel s\u00f6tmandel<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsk spiskummin<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc tsk kanel<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<h4>\u00d6vriga ingredienser<\/h4>\n<p>2 \u00bd dl (125 g) kokta, svarta linser<\/p>\n<p>1 apelsin, skalad, tunt skivad<\/p>\n<p>1 f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsst\u00e5nd, tunt skivat<\/p>\n<p>1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, finskivad<\/p>\n<p>1 liten p\u00e5se babyspenat<\/p>\n<h4>Apelsin- och ingef\u00e4rsdressing<\/h4>\n<p>\u00be dl olivolja<\/p>\n<p>1 apelsin, saften<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk riven f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk dijonsenap<\/p>\n<p>2 tsk vin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc &#8211; \u00bd tsk sambal oelek<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. V\u00e4nd ihop brysselk\u00e5l, blomk\u00e5l, vindruvor och mandel med kryddor, olja och salt. Mandlarna ska h\u00e5llas f\u00f6r sig eftersom de inte ska med in i ugnen fr\u00e5n start.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t och rosta 10 minuter innan mandlarna f\u00e5r f\u00f6lja med. R\u00f6r om l\u00e4tt och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 ytterligare cirka fem minuter tills k\u00e5len mjuknar och f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg. Ta ut och l\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r ihop ingredienserna till dressingen.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda den ljumna ugnsrosten med \u00f6vriga ingredienser och droppa \u00f6ver apelsindressingen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allt gott!
