Och h\u00e4r kommer n\u00e5gra f\u00f6rslag : )<\/p>\n<h2>Julens restfest<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Rimmad, gravad eller kallr\u00f6kt lax<\/strong> \u00e4r givna i en laxpudding. I formen g\u00e5r dessutom kallkokt potatis som s\u00e4kert finns kvar efter julbordet. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/laxpudding-fran-rest-till-fest\/\">Recept hittar du vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Eller varf\u00f6r inte en laxpasta? Strimla gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l riktigt fint och stek tills den precis mjuknar. Gr\u00e4dde, svartpeppar och lite pressad citron f\u00e5r koka in n\u00e5got och s\u00e5 r\u00f6rs t\u00e4rningar eller strimlor av lax i precis p\u00e5 slutet. V\u00e4nt runt i \u00e5ngande nykokt pasta. Klart!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Risgrynsgr\u00f6ten<\/strong> f\u00e5r ett nytt liv som saffranspannkaka. Perfekt efter gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lssoppa om du har n\u00e5gon kvar i g\u00f6mmorna. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/saffransgrot-100-procent-julkansla\/\">Recept finns h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Har du kylen full med <strong>k\u00f6ttbullar<\/strong>? Servera dem i en tomats\u00e5s med pasta och riven ost. Enkelt och en helt annan k\u00e4nsla \u00e4n n\u00e4r de l\u00e5g p\u00e5 julbordet.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 har vi omeletten som \u00e4r en perfekt restr\u00e4ddare. En pastar\u00e4tt \u00e4r ytterligare ett alternativ, men jag har en favorit i en klassisk Croque monsieur och h\u00e4r kommer receptet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Croque monsieur post julbord <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bechamels\u00e5s med ost<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>25 g sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>2 msk vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>3 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p>en gnutta riven muskot<\/p>\n<p>3 dl riven, julrestost<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>8 skivor surdegsbr\u00f6d, inte f\u00f6r tjocka<\/p>\n<p>2 msk senap<\/p>\n<p>2 dl riven ost<\/p>\n<p>8 \u2013 16 tunna skivor julskinka<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull. R\u00f6r i mj\u00f6let och sp\u00e4d med mj\u00f6lken lite i taget. Vispa under tiden som s\u00e5sen tjocknar. Smaka av med en aning riven muskot och salt. Ta fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r i osten.<\/li>\n<li>Bred ett lager senap p\u00e5 h\u00e4lften av br\u00f6den. F\u00f6rdela en klick s\u00e5s ovanp\u00e5. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 skinka, riven ost och ytterligare ett lager s\u00e5s innan br\u00f6dskivorna l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li>Tryck ihop sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sarna och bred till sist ett lager av osts\u00e5sen \u00f6verst. Gratinera i ugn 6 \u2013 8 minuter. Fin f\u00e4rg och sm\u00e4lt ost \u00e4r checkpunkerna f\u00f6r f\u00e4rdig.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>God forts\u00e4ttning!
