Sl\u00e4ng sedan de som inte slutit sig.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k riktigt fint. Hetta upp olivolja i en st\u00f6rre kastrull eller gryta. Musslorna beh\u00f6ver gott om plats. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken en kort stund tillsammans med saffran, f\u00e4nk\u00e5l och chili.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vinet, koka upp och l\u00e4gg ner musslorna. S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 lock och koka n\u00e5gra minuter tills de \u00f6ppnat sig.\u00a0 Ta upp musslorna och f\u00f6rdela i sk\u00e5lar.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll gr\u00e4dde och fond i grytan och koka ihop ett par minuter. Smaka av med salt och eventuellt mer chili. Skeda den heta, saffransdoftande s\u00e5sen \u00f6ver musslorna i sk\u00e5larna.<\/li>\n<li>Servera med ugnsvarmt surdegsbr\u00f6d att bryta till.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vi r\u00e4knar ner i v\u00e4ntan p\u00e5 ringande klockor och fyrverkerier.
