V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r har ni finalen p\u00e5 \u00e5rets mest traditionsfyllda m\u00e5ltid. Efter en <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/nyarets-forratt-doftar-hav\/\">f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt i havets tecken<\/a> f\u00f6ljer <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/kottbiten-till-nyaret\/\">den fina k\u00f6ttbiten<\/a> och nu vill vi ha n\u00e5got s\u00f6tt. En dessert v\u00e4rdig som avslutning. Och f\u00f6rhoppningsvis blir den ocks\u00e5 starten p\u00e5 n\u00e5got nytt. En glimt av ett ljusare 2023.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r kommer tre f\u00f6rslag. Vispad pannacotta, har ni provat det? Mjuk och gr\u00e4ddig och smaksatt med lingon tillkommer en v\u00e4nskaplig syra. R\u00f6r i chokladen s\u00e5 att den sm\u00e4lter helt.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r ner \u00e4ggblandningen och h\u00e4ll upp i sm\u00e5 portionssk\u00e5lar.
