Inneh\u00e5ller alltid b\u00f6nor och ofta k\u00f6tt som kan variera. H\u00e4r kommer en variant med kyckling. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cassoulet \u2013 b\u00f6nans triumf. H\u00e4r f\u00e5r den visa upp sina b\u00e4sta sidor. S\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt fr\u00e5n tr\u00e5kig man kan komma. Visst har baljv\u00e4xterna f\u00e5tt ett enormt uppsving, alla \u00e4lskar hummus, men \u00e4nd\u00e5 h\u00f6r jag b\u00f6nprotester. Lite f\u00f6r vego f\u00f6r vissa. Lite f\u00f6r intets\u00e4gande s\u00e4ger andra. D\u00e5 har de inte tr\u00e4ffat p\u00e5 en cassoulet.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 m\u00e5nga st\u00e4llen \u00e4r baljv\u00e4xter alldeles sj\u00e4lvklart i maten och har varit i evigheter. V\u00e4rlden b\u00e4sta r\u00e5vara ju. Enkel att odla och kan f\u00f6rvaras l\u00e4nge, l\u00e4nge utan kylar och frysar. Hur praktiskt som helst. Har vi missat n\u00e5got h\u00e4r?<\/p>\n<p>Gula \u00e4rtor och bruna b\u00f6nor, var tog de v\u00e4gen? N\u00e5ja de \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e4g tillbaka och det g\u00f6rs en hel rad experiment med baljv\u00e4xter som funnits h\u00e4r f\u00f6rr, linser till exempel. \u00c4r du odlare sj\u00e4lv missa inte alla m\u00f6jliga sp\u00e4nnande varianter p\u00e5 kokb\u00f6nor som finns hos fr\u00f6firmorna. Kulturarvssorter som odlats i liten skala. Kolla in olika sorters gr\u00e5\u00e4rtor, Mor Kristines kokb\u00f6na, Oves lilla svarta, M\u00e5nsag\u00e5rdens spritb\u00f6na och m\u00e5nga fler.<\/p>\n<p>Men nu lagar vi mat!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cassoulet med kyckling<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/p>\n<p>1 morot<\/p>\n<p>2 stj\u00e4lkar blekselleri, eller en bit rotselleri<\/p>\n<p>2 msk tomatpur\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>2 dl vitt vin<\/p>\n<p>500 g kycklingklubbor<\/p>\n<p>100 g salt- eller l\u00e4ttr\u00f6kt fl\u00e4sk<\/p>\n<p>2 burkar stora vita b\u00f6nor, eller 200 g torra kokade b\u00f6nor<\/p>\n<p>2 burkar hela tomater, g\u00e4rna k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rs<\/p>\n<p>2 lagerblad<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk timjan eller n\u00e5gra hela kvistar<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Hacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k fint. T\u00e4rna morot och selleri sm\u00e5tt. Fr\u00e4s i gryta p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme tills det b\u00f6rjar ta f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Klicka i tomatpur\u00e9n som f\u00e5r fr\u00e4sa ett par minuter innan vinet h\u00e4lls p\u00e5. Puttra p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme.<\/li>\n<li>Salta, peppra och stek kycklingen gyllenbrun. T\u00e4rna fl\u00e4sket fint och l\u00e5t det fr\u00e4sa med p\u00e5 slutet.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg kyckling och fl\u00e4sk i grytan tillsammans med b\u00f6nor, tomat, lagerblad och timjan. Salta och peppra.<\/li>\n<li>Locket p\u00e5 och sedan f\u00e5r grytan puttra tills kycklingen \u00e4r klar, cirka 30 minuter.
