Sprakande f\u00e4rger, olika texturer och smakerna! Alldeles, alldeles underbara. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oxveckorna, aldrig beh\u00f6ver vi n\u00e5got extra som just nu. N\u00e5got som \u00f6verraskar, piggar upp och ger energi. Bokstavligt talat. DNs matskribent, Jens Linder, som jag verkligen uppskattar skriver i en kr\u00f6nika om tr\u00f6stmat. Det funkar. Han menar att \u201dunderstundom \u00e4r mat den b\u00e4sta medicinen\u201d. Och jag \u00e4r f\u00f6r, men i bleka januari\u2026jag vet inte, glass, pizza och varm choklad r\u00e4cker liksom inte till.<\/p>\n<p>Jag v\u00e4nder mig ocks\u00e5 till maten, men v\u00e4ljer ist\u00e4llet f\u00e4rger och krisp. Hopp om framtiden. Luther eller inte, jag f\u00e5r tr\u00f6st. Och h\u00e4r kommer mina tips om blandade, matiga sk\u00e5lar med variation och trevliga \u00f6verraskningar. Fixat och klart f\u00f6r snabba kreativa beslut.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Gott och blandat som tr\u00f6stemat<\/h2>\n<h4>1 . Grunda gr\u00f6nt<\/h4>\n<p>Sp\u00e4d spenat, machesallat eller annat.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Matig bas<\/h4>\n<p>F\u00f6rkoka ett par, tre olika sorters gryn och fr\u00f6n. Exempelvis, matvete, linser och quinoa. Ungsrosta flera sorters gr\u00f6nsaker f\u00f6r att sedan blanda med gryn och fr\u00f6. H\u00e5ll de \u00e5tskilda p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten och krydda eventuellt p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<h4>3. Mjukt och kr\u00e4migt<\/h4>\n<p>Olika texturer beh\u00f6vs i din sk\u00e5l och en kr\u00e4mig r\u00f6ra av n\u00e5got slag ger variation. Enkelt \u00e4r att utg\u00e5 fr\u00e5n kokta baljv\u00e4xter som mixas med citrus, vitl\u00f6k och kryddor. G\u00f6r g\u00e4rna ett par sorter f\u00f6r variation olika dagar.<\/p>\n<h4>4. Krispigt och fr\u00e4scht<\/h4>\n<p>Riv, strimla och skiva gr\u00f6nsaker i alla f\u00e4rger. Rotfrukter och olika varianter av k\u00e5l passar s\u00e4songen. En fr\u00e4sch sallad kan inneh\u00e5lla mer \u00e4n gr\u00f6nsaker. Den s\u00f6tsyrliga smaken av \u00e4pple eller apelsin g\u00f6r stor skillnad. B\u00e4r fr\u00e5n frysen fungerar ocks\u00e5 fint.<\/p>\n<h4>5. Dressing<\/h4>\n<p>Ett par goda dressingar. En enkel vin\u00e4grett och varf\u00f6r inte en salsa verde som alternativ.<\/p>\n<h4>6. Knaprigt p\u00e5 toppen<\/h4>\n<p>Enklast \u00e4r att addera en liten n\u00e4ve n\u00f6tter, pumpa- eller solrosfr\u00f6, men rosta dem g\u00e4rna f\u00f6r att de ska bli extra knaspriga.<\/p>\n<h4>7. Lite sovel<\/h4>\n<p>Kr\u00f6n din sk\u00e5l med ett kokt \u00e4gg, en bit ost, ett par skivor skinka eller r\u00f6kt lax. Kanske har du kvar en f\u00e4rsbiff fr\u00e5n g\u00e5rdagens middag? Det beh\u00f6vs inga m\u00e4ngder och egentligen inget alls. Sk\u00e5len \u00e4r redan en hel m\u00e5ltid i sig.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sedan \u00e4r det bara att du blandar och ger efter dagsk\u00e4nslan. Den ena sk\u00e5len p\u00e5 bilden ovan best\u00e5r av spenat , quinoasallad med linser, rostad morot och blomk\u00e5l, senapsdressing, <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/pumpahummus-dubbelt-gott\/\">pumpahummus<\/a>, sallad p\u00e5 r\u00f6dk\u00e5l, apelsin, purjo och bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, dressing, \u00e4gg och <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/mandlar-sota-salta-som-topping\/\">sojarostade n\u00f6tter<\/a>. Den andra av gr\u00f6na blad, matvetesallad med linser, rostad paprika, sojab\u00f6nsr\u00f6ra, r\u00f6dk\u00e5l, \u00e4pple, purjo, lax, krasseskott, salsa verde och rostade fr\u00f6n.<\/p>\n<p>Den som liksom jag har mycket att st\u00e5 i kan med f\u00f6rdel f\u00f6rbereda de olika delarna i sk\u00e5lar som st\u00e5r f\u00e4rdiga i kylen och vips blev det snabbmat. Hela veckans luncher eller middagar st\u00e5r redo i kylen. Bara att blanda och ge. Mig passar det finfint. Allt gott!
