Jag har n\u00e5gra som alltid st\u00e5r p\u00e5 parad att st\u00e4lla upp. F\u00f6rst de sj\u00e4lvklara som oljor av olika slag, vin\u00e4ger, oliver, olika kryddor och s\u00e5 vidare, men s\u00e5 finns det andra som kanske inte \u00e4r lika f\u00f6r alla. Inte en dag utan baljv\u00e4xter till hands s\u00e4ger jag. D\u00e5 finns alltid n\u00e5got att \u00e4ta.<\/p>\n<p>Snabbaste middagen med<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/alskade-hummus\/\"> hummus<\/a> och ugnsrostade gr\u00f6nsaker, eller varf\u00f6r inte <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/soppa-med-vita-bonor\/\">en b\u00f6nsoppa<\/a>? Och s\u00e5 har vi salladerna som kan varieras i det o\u00e4ndliga. De \u00e4r verkligen en livlina. T\u00e4nk svarta b\u00f6nor med sm\u00e5skurna tomater, fint hackad l\u00f6k och vin\u00e4grett eller varf\u00f6r inte dagens variant d\u00e4r s\u00e4songens citrusfrukter s\u00e4tter fart p\u00e5 smakl\u00f6karna!<\/p>\n<p>Tillh\u00f6r du dem som f\u00e5r magknip av b\u00f6nor kan det vara bra att veta att de konserverade ska sk\u00f6ljas innan de hamnar i maten. Dessutom finns det m\u00f6jlighet att v\u00e4nja magen med sm\u00e5 doser i taget. En mindre portion fast ofta lyder receptet.<\/p>\n<p>Och nu till verket!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>B\u00f6nsallad med pesto och citrus<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>4 \u2013 6 personer<\/p>\n<p>2 burkar b\u00f6nor, vita eller olika sorter<\/p>\n<p>2 apelsiner eller blodgrape<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Pesto<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>2 krukor basilika<\/p>\n<p>50 g pinjen\u00f6tter eller n\u00e5gon annan n\u00f6t<\/p>\n<p>1 stor vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd dl mild olivolja<\/p>\n<p>75 g lagrad ost, riven<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>peppar<\/p>\n<h4><strong>P\u00e5 toppen<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>sliver<\/p>\n<p>salladsost<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>H\u00e4ll av och sk\u00f6lj b\u00f6norna. L\u00e5t de rinna av ordentligt.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r skalet av citrusfrukterna och sk\u00e4r ut hinnfria klyftor.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg basilika, n\u00f6tter, vitl\u00f6k och olja i en mixer. K\u00f6r sl\u00e4tt. R\u00f6r ner osten och smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda b\u00f6nor med pesto. Det som eventuellt blir \u00f6ver passar fint till en pastar\u00e4tt.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg upp b\u00f6nor, citrusklyftor och oliver p\u00e5 ett fat. Hyvla eventuellt lite ostflagor \u00f6ver fatet eller smula \u00f6ver en bit salladsost.
