Mixern g\u00e5r varm och resultatet. Fullkomligt ljuvligt! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r usel p\u00e5 matdagar. Prickar de n\u00e4stan aldrig, men den h\u00e4r blir jag p\u00e5mind om. \u00c5rets nutelladag den 5 februari g\u00e5r helt enkelt inte att missa. Mig n\u00e4rst\u00e5ende personer har j\u00e4rnkoll. Inte att undra p\u00e5, kombinationen \u00e4r klockren. Hasseln\u00f6tter, n\u00f6tternas n\u00f6t som i m\u00f6tet med l\u00e4tt ugnsrost utvecklar en speciell aromatisk s\u00f6tma som riktigt ropar p\u00e5 choklads\u00e4llskap. Nutellan \u00e4r inte skapad av n\u00e5gon dumbom.<\/p>\n<p>Och den man g\u00f6r sj\u00e4lv. Himmelriket! Tre ingredienser och en kraftfull matberedare \u00e4r allt som beh\u00f6vs. Beredaren \u00e4r viktig, jag har bokstavligt talat br\u00e4nt en i v\u00e4ntan p\u00e5 ett helt sl\u00e4tt resultat. H\u00e5ll koll och l\u00e5t eventuellt maskinen vila d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 under tillverkningen.<\/p>\n<p>Nutella f\u00f6rresten, det \u00e4r ju faktiskt ett varunamn och kanske borde man hellre s\u00e4ga n\u00f6tchokladkr\u00e4m. F\u00f6rutom att skeda den direkt ur burken t\u00e4nker jag nyrostat br\u00f6d, i efterr\u00e4tter, p\u00e5 pannkakorna eller testa den som s\u00e5s till glass: Blanda 1 dl nutella med 1 dl gr\u00e4dde och en nypa salt. Enkelt och galet gott. Vill du g\u00f6ra en nutellamousse till efterr\u00e4tt s\u00e5 finns l\u00e4nk nedan.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Nutellans dag \u2013 oslagbar n\u00f6tchokladkr\u00e4m<\/h2>\n<p>400 g hasseln\u00f6tter<\/p>\n<p>250 g choklad, jag anv\u00e4nder m\u00f6rk, men mj\u00f6lkchoklad funkar finfint<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd -2 msk honung<\/p>\n<p>en nypa salt<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. L\u00e4gg n\u00f6tterna p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och rosta den cirka 15 minuter. R\u00f6r om n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger under tiden. De m\u00f6rknar n\u00e5got i f\u00e4rgen och hela k\u00f6ket doftar just rostade n\u00f6tter. Br\u00e4nda n\u00f6tter vill vi inte ha s\u00e5 h\u00e5ll koll.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg n\u00f6tterna i en handduk och gnugga s\u00e5 att det bruna h\u00f6ljet skavs av. Det g\u00f6r ingenting om de inte \u00e4r helt fria fr\u00e5n skal. L\u00e4gg n\u00f6tterna i en beredare och k\u00f6r tills fettet sl\u00e4pper och det blir en sl\u00e4t smet.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt chokladen i mikro eller i vattenbad. L\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got innan den h\u00e4lls i beredaren tillsammans med honung och en gnutta salt. K\u00f6r ihop till en smet. H\u00e4ll i en helt ren burk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I kylen h\u00e5ller kr\u00e4men minst en m\u00e5nad, men den kommer att vara h\u00e5rd n\u00e4r den ska anv\u00e4ndas. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r brukar jag f\u00f6rvara den i skafferiet och d\u00e4r har den st\u00e5tt sig fint i alla fall ett par veckor\u2026tills den tagit slut.<\/p>\n<p>Nutellan passar till mycket och vill du testa min nutellamousse s\u00e5 finns<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/nyarsmiddag-med-fluffig-dessert\/\"> recept vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r<\/a>.
