V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Till helgen \u00e4r det ostfokus. 10 \u2013 12 februari f\u00f6rvandlas M\u00fcnchenbryggeriet i Stockholm till ost\u00e4lskarens Mecka. Allt ljus riktat mot den svenska osten. F\u00f6r vi kan!<\/p>\n<p>Det kommer att bli en fest i doft och smak. En triumf i textur och smakkombinationer. Mycket prat, b\u00e4sta experttipsen och en m\u00e4ngd ov\u00e4ntade uppt\u00e4ckter. \u201d\u00c5h, inte visste jag att\u2026!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>En happening ingen ost\u00e4lskare vill missa. <a href=\"https:\/\/ostfestivalen.se\/\">K\u00f6p din biljett h\u00e4r.<\/a> Och nej, jag \u00e4r inte sponsrad, bara entusiastisk. Det h\u00e4r ska ni inte missa.<\/p>\n<p>Heja festandet och specialiteterna, men jag vet att vardagen v\u00e4ntar. Ett middagsbord som fylls med potatis, pasta och ris som bas. Livet i all enkelhet som kan bli ack s\u00e5 mycket b\u00e4ttre med en n\u00e4ve ost. En umamikick som ger en trygg, livsmustig k\u00e4nsla.<\/p>\n<p>Vi plockar helt enkelt in den svenska h\u00e5rdosten i vardagsmaten ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r bara p\u00e5 mackan.<\/p>\n<p>Potatismos \u2013 s\u00e5 enkelt och uppmuntrande. Vem gillar inte? Och med en n\u00e4ve ost i moset h\u00e4nder det. Fiskpinnarna f\u00e5r en ny dimension och falukorven blommar<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/ost-och-citrondoftande-potatismos\/\">. Receptet hittar du vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 har vi pastan \u2013 alltid lika v\u00e4lkommen. Jag g\u00f6r en knallgr\u00f6n broccolis\u00e5s till. Rej\u00e4lt med ost i s\u00e5sen och ingen klagar.<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/kramig-broccolipasta\/\"> Receptet finns h\u00e4r<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Risotto \u2013 kr\u00e5ngligt s\u00e4ger n\u00e5gon, men inte alls. S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en podd, <a href=\"https:\/\/sverigesradio.se\/meny\">Meny i radions P1 kanske.<\/a> Bered dig p\u00e5 att r\u00f6ra och sp\u00e4da riset i 18 minuter. Sedan \u00e4r det klart. Eller nja, p\u00e5 slutet r\u00f6r du i ost.
