Och en av de allra b\u00e4sta. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4nner ni doften?! Rostad kyckling och stekt fl\u00e4skk\u00f6tt g\u00f6r n\u00e5got med min primitivaste matlust. Jag vill slita i stycken och sluka. Men vem kan bete sig n\u00e4r det \u00e4r s\u00e5 vackert. Den gl\u00e4nsande ytan, f\u00e4rg och form. Jag f\u00e5r sk\u00e4rpa mig.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 enkelt att g\u00e5 f\u00f6rbi frysdisken och plocka p\u00e5 sig en p\u00e5se kycklingbr\u00f6stfil\u00e9, men t\u00e4nk om. Visst jag vet att m\u00e5nga drar sig f\u00f6r att tillaga en hel. Det syns ju s\u00e5 tydligt att h\u00e4r ligger en kyckling. Och vad kan man s\u00e4ga annat \u00e4n att det st\u00e4mmer. Det \u00e4r kyckling. Faktiskt ocks\u00e5 i frysp\u00e5sarna och resultatet av en helrostad kyckling blir s\u00e5 o\u00e4ndligt mycket b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n<p>Och allra b\u00e4st blir det med f\u00e4rsk ekologisk. Det som beh\u00f6vs \u00e4r en rej\u00e4l kniv och en stadig sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da. Klyv den inte mitt itu utan sk\u00e4r bara upp den l\u00e4ngs ryggbenet och vik upp.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Och nu lagar vi mat : )<\/p>\n<p><strong>Helrostad kyckling med rotsaker<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>1 hel kyckling, g\u00e4rna ekologisk<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marinad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 msk rapsolja<\/p>\n<p>1 msk citronsaft<\/p>\n<p>1 msk soja<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk honung<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ugnsrostade gr\u00f6nsaker<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>800 g potatis<\/p>\n<p>1 stor morot<\/p>\n<p>2 gula eller r\u00f6da l\u00f6kar<\/p>\n<p>2 \u00e4pplen<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk rosmarin<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sky<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 dl vatten<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd msk koncentrerad kycklingfond<\/p>\n<p>2 msk pressad citron<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. Dela kycklingen l\u00e4ngs ryggen, vik upp den och salta l\u00e4tt. L\u00e4gg i form eller p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. Det ska finnas plats f\u00f6r gr\u00f6nsakerna.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda olja, citronsaft, soja, honung och svartpeppar. Pensla kycklingen med blandningen och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r potatisen i klyftor. Skala och dela moroten i mindre bitar. Skala l\u00f6ken och sk\u00e4r i klyftor. Dela \u00e4pplet i klyftor.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda rotsaker, l\u00f6k och \u00e4pple med olja. Salta l\u00e4tt och v\u00e4nd runt tillsammans med rosmarin. N\u00e4r kycklingen b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 f\u00e4rg efter cirka 10 minuter f\u00f6rdelas gr\u00f6nsakerna runtom.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4nk ugnstemperaturen till 175 grader och l\u00e5t allt rosta till kycklingen har en innertemperatur p\u00e5 80 grader. D\u00e5 ska ingredienserna till skyn h\u00e4llas i formen.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t st\u00e5 ytterligare en stund tills termometern visar 82 grader intill tjockaste delen p\u00e5 l\u00e5rbenet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vill du testa en annan variant med smak av mild vitl\u00f6k ska du kika p\u00e5 den som tillagas med 40 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor.
