Det \u00e4r f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt ett bra tips att k\u00f6ra skiten ur alla vinterlagrade rotsaker genom att kombinera dem med friskt gr\u00f6nt och lite syra. Genast k\u00e4nns det att v\u00e5ren v\u00e4ntar alldeles, alldeles framf\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>I dagens recept finns ett moment att minnas. R\u00e5 l\u00f6k i sallad kan bli skarp. L\u00f6ksmaken finns d\u00e4r, men med nedslipad udd.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00d6rtgr\u00f6n potatissallad<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>800 g potatis<\/p>\n<p>1 bananschalottenl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<h4>Dressing<\/h4>\n<p>1 liten vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/p>\n<p>2 msk dijonsenap, grov om du har<\/p>\n<p>2 msk vin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p>1 dl rapsolja eller en blandning av raps och oliv<\/p>\n<p>1 knapp tsk honung<\/p>\n<p>1 knippa persilja<\/p>\n<p>1 gener\u00f6s nypa salt<\/p>\n<h4>Salladen<\/h4>\n<p>1 f\u00e4nk\u00e5l<\/p>\n<p>1 knippa dill<\/p>\n<p>1 knippa gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>1 dl riven lagrad ost<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Skala och koka potatisen.<\/li>\n<li>Dela schalottenl\u00f6ken och strimla den fint fr\u00e5n rot till topp.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa ingredienserna till dressingen. Det ska bli en knallgr\u00f6n, r\u00e4tt tjock dressing.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg l\u00f6ken i dressingen f\u00f6r att dra.<\/li>\n<li>Skiva f\u00e4nk\u00e5len riktigt tunt, g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 mandolin. Sk\u00e4r dill och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k fint.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c5nga av potatisen och sk\u00e4r i klyftor. V\u00e4nd varsamt runt med dressing, f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, krydd\u00f6rter och ost.<\/li>\n<li>Passar till en bit stekt fisk, en k\u00f6ttbit eller god, stekt korv.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>St\u00e5r det potatis p\u00e5 dagens meny, men kanske inte som sallad kan du kika p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/vardagspotatis-mer-an-en-knol\/\">mitt inl\u00e4gg om vardagspotatis som finns h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Allt gott!
