N\u00e5got med smaker som passar perfekt i sammanhanget, potatis, pepparrot och senap. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/potatisstomp\/\">Stomp f\u00e5r det bli och det receptet finns vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Och nu lagar vi mat.<\/p>\n<h2>Skinklindad laxfil\u00e9 med ugnsbakade r\u00f6dbetor<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<h4>Ugnsrostade r\u00f6dbetor<\/h4>\n<p>6 \u2013 8 r\u00f6dbetor<\/p>\n<p>en nypa torkad rosmarin<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<h4>Skinklindad laxfil\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p>600 &#8211; 800 g laxfil\u00e9 utan skinn<\/p>\n<p>4 skivor lufttorkad skinka eller baconskivor<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Skala och sk\u00e4r r\u00f6dbetorna i klyftor. L\u00e4gg i en ugnsform.<\/li>\n<li>St\u00f6t en nypa rosmarin med lite salt i en mortel. Str\u00f6 saltet \u00f6ver r\u00f6dbetorna. Ringla \u00f6ver olivolja och v\u00e4nd runt. S\u00e4tt in i ugnen 20 \u2013 25 minuter. De ska f\u00e5 en fin yta och vara mjuka rakt igenom.<\/li>\n<li>Dela laxen i 4 bitar. Linda skinka eller bacon runt. Hetta upp aningen olja i en panna och stek till fin f\u00e4rg runt om. Ta fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och inv\u00e4nta att r\u00f6dbetorna \u00e4r klara. S\u00e4nk ugnsv\u00e4rmen till 100 grader och l\u00e4gg in laxen p\u00e5 r\u00f6dbetorna f\u00f6r att den ska bli f\u00e4rdig rakt genom. R\u00e4kna med att det tar cirka 5 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Servera laxen med r\u00f6dbetor och ett smaksatt potatisstomp.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>T\u00e4nker du kanske att lax k\u00e4nns helt okej, men jag vill ha n\u00e5got betydligt v\u00e5rl\u00e4ttare s\u00e5 kan jag tipsa om <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/citronbakad-lax-med-picklade-gronsaker\/\">en citronbakad laxsida i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r<\/a>.
