Matiga mackor ihopplockade av det som i princip alltid finns till hands. En burk b\u00f6nor i skafferiet, frysta \u00e4rtor, ett par \u00e4gg eller n\u00e5gra mor\u00f6tter. Ingredienser som var f\u00f6r sig k\u00e4nns r\u00e4tt intets\u00e4gande, men som d\u00f6ljer stora m\u00f6jligheter. Vi startar med n\u00e5gra macktips.<\/p>\n<h2>Vegomackor \u2013 N\u00e5gra tips<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Aningen torrt br\u00f6d g\u00e5r fint att anv\u00e4nda till matiga mackor. Rosta eller pensla skivorna med olja och l\u00e4gg n\u00e5gon minut i het stekpanna f\u00f6r att v\u00e4cka det till liv igen.<\/li>\n<li>Mackan \u00e4r en perfekt kylsk\u00e5psrensare. Ett par skivor av n\u00e5got strimlas och r\u00e4cker till fyra personer ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r en. N\u00e5gra kalla potatisar blir grunden till en hel m\u00e5ltid. En liten ostkant kan rivas som smaks\u00e4ttning. V\u00e4ck din inre matkreat\u00f6r!<\/li>\n<li>Ett litet smaksting g\u00f6r underverk. Pepparrot, senap eller peppriga groddar. Leta upp en ingrediens som piggar upp och s\u00e4tter fart p\u00e5 smakl\u00f6karna.<\/li>\n<li>Kontrast \u00e4r knepet f\u00f6r en lyckad sm\u00f6rg\u00e5s. T\u00e4nk n\u00e5got knaprigt till det mjuka. Smakrikt till det milda. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 paprikaskivor, solrosskott och rostade solrosfr\u00f6n. Bryt eller smula \u00f6ver osten.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll av och sk\u00f6lj b\u00f6norna. Mixa till en sl\u00e4t kr\u00e4m tillsammans med olja, vitl\u00f6k, citron och salt. L\u00e4gg en rej\u00e4l sked p\u00e5 varje skiva br\u00f6d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00c4rtig potatismacka med \u00e4ggmajonn\u00e4s<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>4 skivor danskt r\u00e5gbr\u00f6d<\/p>\n<p>\u00e4rtr\u00f6ra, se separat recept d\u00e4r det finns alternativ med r\u00f6dbeta eller morot<\/p>\n<p>4 potatisar, kokta, kalla, skivade<\/p>\n<p>1 dl majonn\u00e4s<\/p>\n<p>2 \u00e4gg, h\u00e5rdkokta, hackade<\/p>\n<p>2 msk purjol\u00f6k eller annan l\u00f6k, fint skuren<\/p>\n<p>\u00e4rtskott<\/p>\n<p>kryddkrasse<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bred det m\u00f6rka br\u00f6det med \u00e4rtr\u00f6ran.
