Och precis som rydbergaren g\u00f6r den lyx av okomplicerade r\u00e5varor i s\u00e4song.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Det finns fler husmansklassiker p\u00e5 bifftema och d\u00e5 kan det verkligen vara biff, men ocks\u00e5 r\u00e4tter gjorda p\u00e5 f\u00e4rs som Biff \u00e1 la Lindstr\u00f6m. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/biff-a-la-lindstrom\/\">Recept hittar du vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r<\/a>. Och nu lagar vi husmanslyx.<\/p>\n<h2>Biff Rydberg<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>600 gram m\u00f6rad biff eller oxfil\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>800 g potatis<\/p>\n<p>3 gula l\u00f6kar<\/p>\n<p>ett par kvistar persilja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 \u00e4ggulor<\/p>\n<p>senap<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r k\u00f6ttet i j\u00e4mnstora t\u00e4rningar.<\/li>\n<li>Skala potatisen. Sk\u00e4r den i centimeterstora t\u00e4rningar. Hacka l\u00f6k och persilja fint.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 150 grader. Salta och stek potatisen till gyllenbrun vacker f\u00e4rg. L\u00e4gg i form och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen. Den kan stekas f\u00e4rdig i pannan, men eftersom det \u00e4r fler stekmoment att h\u00e5lla reda p\u00e5 f\u00f6renklar jag med att l\u00e5ta den g\u00e5 f\u00e4rdigt i ugnen.<\/li>\n<li>Stek l\u00f6ken varsamt. Den ska inte brynas h\u00e5rt bara bli glansigt genomskinlig och f\u00e5 en aning f\u00e4rg. L\u00e5t det ta tid och h\u00e5ll ner v\u00e4rmen. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 fat.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp fett i stekpannan och stek k\u00f6ttet hastigt till fin f\u00e4rg. Salta och peppra. Stekningen ska g\u00e5 snabbt. K\u00f6tt fr\u00e5n biffraden drar ihop sig och blir segt om det f\u00e5r ligga f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge i v\u00e4rmen.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg upp k\u00f6tt, potatis, l\u00f6k i h\u00f6gar var och en f\u00f6r sig. Servera med \u00e4ggulor och god senap.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Biff Rydberg \u00e4r genial med f\u00e5 ingredienser som ger ett ljuvligt resultat. Definitivt v\u00e4rt ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k. Allt gott!
