T\u00e4nk lime, vitl\u00f6k, soja, sesamolja och chili. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4g kyckling och inte t\u00e4nker man genast p\u00e5 f\u00e4rs? Tyv\u00e4rr, s\u00e4ger jag s\u00e5 \u00e4r det en br\u00f6stfil\u00e9 som h\u00e4grar f\u00f6r m\u00e5ngas inre synen. Nja, det \u00e4r inte mitt f\u00f6rstaval. Jag vill ha l\u00e5rfil\u00e9, hel kyckling eller just f\u00e4rs. R\u00e5varan som verkligen kan kryddas p\u00e5 djupet f\u00f6r att sedan prydas med en riktigt fin stekyta.<\/p>\n<p>Kycklingf\u00e4rs passar m\u00e5nga smaker, men \u00e5h s\u00e5 bra till asiatiskt. Ska villigt erk\u00e4nna att jag inte har g\u00e5tt p\u00e5 djupet och letat upp n\u00e5got genuint och autentiskt. Det h\u00e4r kan vi ist\u00e4llet kalla id\u00e9n av hur asiatiskt skulle kunna smaka. En sorts fusk, men ett ovanligt lyckat.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienserna kr\u00e4ver inga specialbest\u00e4llningar och tillagningen \u00e4r enkel. S\u00e5 \u00e4r det sj\u00e4lva f\u00e4rskonceptet som tilltalar s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga. Och n\u00e4r vi \u00e4nd\u00e5 \u00e4r inne p\u00e5 ovanliga f\u00e4rsvarianter s\u00e5 vill jag tipsa om fiskf\u00e4rs. S\u00e5 gott!<\/p>\n<p>Men nu ska vi hyvla gr\u00f6nsaker, blanda dressing och rulla f\u00e4rsbiffar.<\/p>\n<h2>Kycklingf\u00e4rsbiffar<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>600 g kycklingf\u00e4rs<\/p>\n<p>2 skivor vitt formbr\u00f6d<\/p>\n<p>3 salladsl\u00f6kar<\/p>\n<p>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/p>\n<p>1 lime, rivet skal, saften anv\u00e4nd till dressingen<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl vatten<\/p>\n<p>1 msk soja<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd f\u00e4rsk, finhackad chili eller \u00bc tsk chiliflakes<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sallad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 litet sallatshuvud, g\u00e4rna gem<\/p>\n<p>2 salladsl\u00f6kar<\/p>\n<p>1 klyfta r\u00f6dk\u00e5l<\/p>\n<p>1 morot<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd gurka<\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rsk koriander<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dressing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 lime, pressad saft<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl soja<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk sesamolja<\/p>\n<p>1 msk rapsolja<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsk honung<\/p>\n<p>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, riven<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd f\u00e4rsk, finhackad chili eller \u00bc tsk chiliflakes<\/p>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<p>majonn\u00e4s<\/p>\n<p>srirachas\u00e5s<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mixa br\u00f6dskivorna till f\u00e4rsen. Sk\u00e4r salladsl\u00f6ken i tunna skivor och riv vitl\u00f6ken.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg f\u00e4rsen i en sk\u00e5l och blanda med \u00f6vriga ingredienser.<\/li>\n<li>Forma sm\u00e5 biffar och stek till fin f\u00e4rg i rapsolja.<\/li>\n<li>Finstrimla ingredienserna till salladen. Gurkan kan hyvlas i l\u00e5nga remsor och koriandern kan beh\u00e5llas hel eller plockas ner i mindre bitar.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda ingredienserna till dressingen och smaka eventuellt av med lite mer limesaft.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg biffarna p\u00e5 salladen och ringla dressing \u00f6ver. Eller servera den i sk\u00e5l bredvid.
