S\u00e5 l\u00e4nge br\u00f6det inte m\u00f6glar har det potential att bli n\u00e5got riktigt bra.\u00a0 Och \u00e4nd\u00e5.. gammalt br\u00f6d \u00e4r livsmedlet flest av oss sl\u00e4nger oftast. Hur on\u00f6digt l\u00e5ter inte det.<\/p>\n

Jag har t\u00e4nkt om och b\u00f6rjat se p\u00e5 br\u00f6det som en potentiell festmiddag. Hanteringen \u00e4r enkel. Skiva och frys. Klart. Alltid redo har jag nu en h\u00f6jdaringrediens som kan f\u00f6rvandlas till s\u00e5 mycket goda grejer.<\/p>\n

Ta krutonger. Nystekta, frasiga att str\u00f6 \u00f6ver salladen. Finns att k\u00f6pa f\u00e4rdiga, men hall\u00e5 varf\u00f6r? Nystekta blir s\u00e5 mycket b\u00e4ttre och tiden det tar \u00e4r cirka tre minuter. Kolla l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r och t\u00e4nk om.<\/a><\/p>\n

Riktigt bra str\u00f6br\u00f6d \u00e4r ett annat exempel. Mixa till smulor och du har ett betydligt l\u00e4ttare, luftigare str\u00f6br\u00f6d \u00e4n det som g\u00e5r att k\u00f6pa. Panerar du blir ytan perfekt och jag lovar att f\u00e4rsbiffarna kommer k\u00e4nnas saftigare. Kika och l\u00e4r\u00a0 i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n

Den perfekta stekytan utlovas om du panerar med smulor av g\u00e5rdagens br\u00f6d. Och krutongerna f\u00e5r du inte missa.\u00a0 Fraset som ger salladen den underbart frasiga kontrasten exempel i en panzanella. Klassisk italiensk tomatsallad.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Det finns dessutom en rad r\u00e4tter d\u00e4r gammalt br\u00f6d \u00e4r en sj\u00e4lvklar del av ingredienslistan. Det \u00e4r en essentiell del av sj\u00e4lva r\u00e4tten. Utan gammat br\u00f6d inget k\u00e4k helt enkelt.<\/p>\n

Jag vet inte hur l\u00e4nge vi har \u00e4gnat oss \u00e5t att kassera br\u00f6d s\u00e5 fort det b\u00f6rjar torka, men jag vet att i m\u00e5nga andra l\u00e4nder g\u00f6r man annorlunda. Det finns m\u00e4ngder av r\u00e4tter exempelvis fr\u00e5n s\u00f6dra Europa d\u00e4r gammalt br\u00f6d st\u00e5r som huvudingrediens.<\/p>\n
