Och vad g\u00f6r man \u00e5t saken? St\u00e4nger in sig i k\u00f6ket och l\u00e5ter spisen g\u00e5 p\u00e5 h\u00f6gvarv. S\u00e5 f\u00e5r det bli.<\/p>\n<p>Ingen tid att f\u00f6rlora och n\u00e4r de stora trygga k\u00f6ttbullarna gratineras i ugnen f\u00e5r jag feeling, snor ihop en pastadeg och vevar fram ljuvlig tagliatelle. Jag fuskade.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Italienska k\u00f6ttbullar i tomats\u00e5s<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Tomats\u00e5s<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/p>\n<p>1 msk tomatpur\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk socker<\/p>\n<p>2 burkar passerade tomater<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar<\/p>\n<h4><strong>K\u00f6ttbullar<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>600 g blandf\u00e4rs<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/p>\n<p>1 knippa persilja eller basilika<\/p>\n<p>2 skivor vitt br\u00f6d<\/p>\n<p>1 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>1 citron, rivet skal<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd dl lagrad ost, finriven<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>riven ost till gratinering<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Finhacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k till s\u00e5sen. Fr\u00e4s i panna och klicka i tomatpur\u00e9n tillsammans med socker.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 tomater och l\u00e5t sm\u00e5puttra n\u00e4r du g\u00f6r k\u00f6ttbullarna. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg f\u00e4rsen i en sk\u00e5l. Hacka l\u00f6ken fint och stek p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme. L\u00e5t svalna.<\/li>\n<li>Riv vitl\u00f6k och hacka persilja eller basilika mycket fint och l\u00e4gg i f\u00e4rssk\u00e5len tillsammans med den avsvalnade l\u00f6ken.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa br\u00f6det till smulor och blanda ihop f\u00e4rsens alla ingredienser. Rulla stora k\u00f6ttbullar. Stek till riktigt fin f\u00e4rg i panna. L\u00e4gg k\u00f6ttbullarna i en ugnsfast form och h\u00e4ll tomats\u00e5sen \u00f6ver. Toppa med riven ost och gratinera i ugn cirka 15 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Servera med nykokt pasta och riven ost.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tillh\u00f6r du den lyckliga skara som har viltf\u00e4rs i frysen s\u00e5 funkar det h\u00e4r receptet kanonbra.
