Den perfekta sidekicken till s\u00e5 mycket. Kan varieras i det o\u00e4ndliga f\u00f6r att passa preferenserna f\u00f6r dagen. Potatisen kan verkligen f\u00f6ra sig i alla typer av s\u00e4llskap och den st\u00e5r or\u00e4dd upp mot r\u00e5busar som pepparrot och senap. Tillsammans blir de ett finst\u00e4mt litet g\u00e4ng.<\/p>\n<p>I min p\u00e5skbordplan fanns en \u00e4ggsallad och en potatissallad, men varf\u00f6r inte sl\u00e5 ihop dem?! Det blir en matigare variant som passar mycket p\u00e5 p\u00e5skbordet eller n\u00e4rsomhelst f\u00f6r den delen. Till stekt korv \u00e4r den perfekt eller till r\u00f6kt lax, mmm.<\/p>\n<p>Ett tips \u00e4r att smaka av och v\u00e5ga ta i. Potatis och \u00e4gg mildrar de uppstudsiga smakerna av pepparrot och senap. Blanda majonn\u00e4s med cr\u00e8me fraiche och addera sedan de smakrika ingredienserna med mod. L\u00e5t det n\u00e4stan bli f\u00f6r mycket. D\u00e4r har du ett bra resultat. Receptet \u00e4r med andra ord f\u00f6r den f\u00f6rsiktiga och n\u00e5got att utg\u00e5 fr\u00e5n.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c4gg- och potatissallad<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>800 g fast potatis<\/p>\n<p>5 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd dl majonn\u00e4s<\/p>\n<p>1 dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/p>\n<p>1 liten burk kapris<\/p>\n<p>2 \u2013 3 msk (eller mer) sk\u00e5nsk senap<\/p>\n<p>2 msk (eller mer) f\u00e4rsk, riven pepparrot<\/p>\n<p>1 knippa dill<\/p>\n<p>1 knippa gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>1 liten p\u00e5se babyspenat<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Skala och koka potatisen. H\u00e5rdkoka \u00e4ggen.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda majonn\u00e4s med cr\u00e8me fraiche och v\u00e4l avrunnen kapris. R\u00f6r ner senap och riven pepparrot.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka dill och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k.<\/li>\n<li>Dela potatisen i klyftor.
