Ofta handlar det om dessert, men varf\u00f6r inte anv\u00e4nda kr\u00e4men till en salt r\u00e4tt?! En med ost!<\/p>\n<p>Resultatet kommer att bli en len, mild ostkr\u00e4m att \u00e4ta med sked i liten portion. Och p\u00e5 toppen tillkommer smaker fr\u00e5n r\u00e4kor, dill, citron och rom. Helt perfekt som en del i p\u00e5skbordets utbud.<\/p>\n<p>Bra ocks\u00e5 med en r\u00e4tt som med f\u00f6rdel kan g\u00f6ras n\u00e4stan klar redan dagen innan den ska st\u00e5 p\u00e5 bordet.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pannacotta med V\u00e4sterbottensost, r\u00e4kor och rom<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>1 gelatinblad<\/p>\n<p>100 g V\u00e4sterbottens- eller Pr\u00e4stost<\/p>\n<p>2 dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Citronmarinerade r\u00e4kor<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>450 g f\u00e4rska r\u00e4kor med skal (cirka 250 g utan skal)<\/p>\n<p>1 schalottenl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd gurka<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd knippa dill<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd citron, saften<\/p>\n<p>2 krm salt<\/p>\n<p>1 krm socker<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Topping<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>80 \u2013 100 g forell-, sik- eller annan sorts rom<\/p>\n<p>dill eller sm\u00f6rg\u00e5skrasse<\/p>\n<p>eventuellt cr\u00e8me fraiche, en klick per person<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg gelatinbladet i kallt vatten. Riv osten fint. Hetta upp cr\u00e8me fraiche i en liten kastrull. Ta fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r ner osten till en helt sl\u00e4t kr\u00e4m.<\/li>\n<li>Krama ur gelatinbladet och r\u00f6r ner det i den varma ostkr\u00e4men. H\u00e4ll upp i portionsglas och st\u00e4ll i kyl, minst 3 timmar. Den som vill kan g\u00f6ra det h\u00e4r momentet dagen f\u00f6re.<\/li>\n<li>Skala r\u00e4korna. Skala och t\u00e4rna schalottenl\u00f6ken mycket fint. Dela gurkan p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden, skrapa eventuellt ur k\u00e4rnorna med en sked innan den t\u00e4rnas mycket fint. Finhacka dillen.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda citron, salt och socker i en sk\u00e5l. V\u00e4nd ner gurka, l\u00f6khack, dill och r\u00e4kor.<\/li>\n<li>Vid servering toppas pannacottan med r\u00e4kblandningen. Avsluta med rom och dill eller sm\u00f6rg\u00e5skrasse.
