S\u00e5 mycket krispigare och s\u00f6tare \u00e4n du kunnat dr\u00f6mma om. V\u00e4lkommen ut p\u00e5 lotten!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kallt ska det vara. Salladsfr\u00f6n gror inte om det blir f\u00f6r varmt. Jag vet dem som s\u00e5r och f\u00f6rvarar s\u00e5dden i kyl tills de tittar upp, men jag har lyckats utan kylf\u00f6rvaring. Tricket \u00e4r j\u00e4mn vattning och helst halvskugga. Varmaste och soligaste platsen kommer att lura salladen att blomma. Eller att i v\u00e4rsta fall inte ens gro.<\/p>\n<p>Nej vi vill ha fina huvuden och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00f6r jag:<\/p>\n<h2>Odla egna salladsblad &#8211; en guide<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00f6rst har vi alla sorterna och det finns hundratals. Det g\u00e4ller att v\u00e4lja och mitt tips \u00e4r att ta flera sorter, minst fyra. Jag gillar olika f\u00e4rger och former, men jag har m\u00e4rkt att cossallad \u00e4r min grej. De g\u00e5r liksom \u00e5t f\u00f6rst. Sm\u00e5, lite toppiga fasta huvuden. Little gem \u00e4r en sort m\u00e5nga k\u00e4nner som favorit. Ljusgr\u00f6nt, milt, snabbv\u00e4xande och passar till allt. Intred \u00e4r en m\u00f6rkr\u00f6d variant som v\u00e4xer p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt. God! Det fl\u00e4ckiga huvudet p\u00e5 v\u00e4nstra bilden ovan g\u00e5r under namnet Freckles.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c4r du inte \u00e4gare av ett pluggbr\u00e4tte kan jag rekommendera ett ink\u00f6p. Det perfekta s\u00e5s\u00e4ttet. Antalet pluggar varierar, men de \u00e4r i regel m\u00e5nga. Passar b\u00e5de sm\u00e5- och storodlare. Vill du inte ha s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga plantor kan du blanda i br\u00e4ttet. N\u00e5gra med sallad, n\u00e5gra med betor, n\u00e5gra med dill och s\u00e5 vidare. Pluggarna trycker du sedan ut och planterar n\u00e4r de blivit sm\u00e5 fina plantor. Bra att ge dem ett f\u00f6rspr\u00e5ng mot sniglar och annat knytt.<\/li>\n<li>Ungef\u00e4r tre \u2013 fyra veckor efter s\u00e5dd \u00e4r det dags att plantera ut. Jag k\u00f6r salladen i pallkrage. L\u00e4tt att h\u00e5lla koll p\u00e5 och vattna regelbundet. Antal plantor i en krage varierar beroende p\u00e5 sort. Ofta blandar jag med dill som ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00e5tts i kluster i pluggbr\u00e4tte. 7 &#8211; 10 fr\u00f6n i varje plugg s\u00e5 att det tittar upp en liten rugge perfekt att klippa av.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Sedan \u00e4r det dags att s\u00e5 igen\u2026och igen. Med n\u00e5gra veckors mellanrum hela sommaren f\u00f6r att inte alla salladshuvudena ska bli f\u00e4rdiga samtidigt. Toppad med<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u00c4ntligen sk\u00f6rdedags! Vill jag \u00e4ta bladen i en gr\u00f6nsallad ska dem sk\u00f6ljas kallt, riktigt kallt och slungas. Inte en droppe vatten f\u00e5r bli kvar. \u00c4t genast eller l\u00e4gg luftigt i plastp\u00e5se placerad i kyl. Det ger garanterat krisp.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5 har vi dressingen.
