P\u00e5 nybakad frukostfralla\u2026! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Har den tittat upp \u00e4n? Rabarbern, den modigaste av tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rdens v\u00e4xter. Inte r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r n\u00e5got tycks det. Min \u00e4r definitivt p\u00e5 v\u00e4g trots ett antal n\u00e4tter med minusgrader. Och ja, den \u00e4r f\u00f6rst och f\u00e5r sj\u00e4lvklart all uppm\u00e4rksamhet en vinnare f\u00f6rtj\u00e4nar.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har mina rabarberm\u00e5sten. Det blir <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/och-vinnaren-ar-knackig-rabarberpaj\/\">en kn\u00e4ckig paj absolut<\/a>. En <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/enkel-forsommarfin-rabarberdessert\/\">kompott \u00e4r given<\/a> och i \u00e5r kommer dessutom en premi\u00e4r i form av curd. Testad och definitivt godk\u00e4nd h\u00e4rhemma.<\/p>\n<p>Sl\u00e4t och ljust r\u00f6d fr\u00e5n stj\u00e4lkar av sorten Canada Red. Den som har en gr\u00f6nare sort kan f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka f\u00e4rgen med n\u00e5gra jordgubbar som ocks\u00e5 passar f\u00f6rtr\u00e4ffligt smakm\u00e4ssigt.<\/p>\n<p>Jag serverade curden p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/nattjast-frukostfralla\/\">nybakade l\u00e5ngj\u00e4sta frallor<\/a> tillsammans med naturell f\u00e4rskost. Missa inte det h\u00e4r!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rabarbercurd<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 burk (cirka 2 \u00bd dl)<\/p>\n<p>150 g rabarber, 2 \u2013 3 stj\u00e4lkar<\/p>\n<p>eventuellt ett par jordgubbar f\u00f6r f\u00e4rgen<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl pressad citron<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd + 1 dl socker<\/p>\n<p>3 \u00e4ggulor<\/p>\n<p>100 g sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Skiva rabarbern fint. G\u00f6r samma sak med jordgubbarna om du vill tills\u00e4tta ett par stycken f\u00f6r f\u00e4rgen.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i en kastrull tillsammans med citronsaft och \u00bd dl socker. Sjud rabarbern mjuk och st\u00e4ll att svalna. Mixa helt sl\u00e4t.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa 1 dl socker och \u00e4ggulor fluffigt. Blanda ner i en kastrull tillsammans med den mixade rabarbern. V\u00e4rm \u00f6ver vattenbad eller p\u00e5 l\u00e5g spisv\u00e4rme. R\u00f6r hela tiden tills kr\u00e4men tjocknar. S\u00e4krast \u00e4r att m\u00e4ta temperaturen som ska hamna p\u00e5 82 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Ta kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r ner sm\u00f6ret i klickar. H\u00e4ll upp i v\u00e4l rengjord burk och l\u00e5t svalna. Curden h\u00e5ller minst en vecka i kyl.<\/li>\n<li>Rabarbercurden passar fint tillsammans med f\u00e4rskost p\u00e5 nybakat br\u00f6d eller scones.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nu lovar SMHI 17 \u2013 18 grader varmt och sol n\u00e5gra dagar. \u00a0Jag riktigt h\u00f6r rabarbern ropa som i Elsa Beskows v\u00e5rvisa : \u201dGe plats jag vill opp, sa Rabarberknopp, han sv\u00e4llde av styrka, han gl\u00f6dde av hopp.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Allt gott!
