Dags att v\u00e4rma de sk\u00f6na-maj-frusna fingrarna runt en burgare. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Att l\u00e5na receptid\u00e9er kan verkligen l\u00f6na sig och s\u00e4krast \u00e4r det att satsa p\u00e5 klassikerna. Bepr\u00f6vade och \u00e4lskade under l\u00e5ng tid. Jag kommer fira in v\u00e5ren med smaker av en amerikansk BLT sandwich. Ni vet den med bacon, sallad och tomat. Inga konstigheter, k\u00e4nda smaker och goda grejer.<\/p>\n<p>Min twist \u00e4r att jag g\u00f6r en baconmajonn\u00e4s ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r skivor av bacon som kan bli lite sega och sv\u00e5rtuggade om de f\u00e5r v\u00e4nta det allra minsta mellan tillagning och servering.<\/p>\n<p>Antingen steker du baconet knaprigt, finhackar det och blandar med majonn\u00e4s eller s\u00e5 g\u00f6r du <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/majonnas-en-grundsas-att-beharska\/\">egen majonn\u00e4s efter receptet h\u00e4r<\/a> och byter ut lite av oljan mot fettet som sm\u00e4lter n\u00e4r baconet steks. Hacka dessutom i de knapriga skivorna f\u00f6r maximal baconsmak. Du avg\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>Och inte beh\u00f6ver du v\u00e4nta in valborgsm\u00e4ssoelden. Den h\u00e4r burgaren \u00e4r perfekt till helgens grill och till hela l\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5nga sommaren : )<\/p>\n<h2>Valborgsburgare BLT<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>700 g burgarf\u00e4rs, v\u00e4lj en gjord p\u00e5 h\u00f6grev och helst med h\u00f6g fetthalt<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Baconmajonn\u00e4s<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>5 skivor bacon, knaperstekt<\/p>\n<p>2 dl majonn\u00e4s<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Till servering<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>4 hamburgerbr\u00f6d<\/p>\n<p>senap<\/p>\n<p>ketchup<\/p>\n<p>2 dl romansallad strimlad<\/p>\n<p>2 tomater i skivor<\/p>\n<p>1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, tunt skivad<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Forma fyra j\u00e4mna hamburgare av f\u00e4rsen. Salta och peppra.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka det knaperstekta baconet i riktigt sm\u00e5 bitar. Blanda med majonn\u00e4sen. G\u00f6r du egen majonn\u00e4s kan lite av oljan ers\u00e4ttas med fettet som sm\u00e4lter n\u00e4r baconet steks, men se till att det h\u00e5ller samma temperatur som majonn\u00e4sens \u00f6vriga ingredienser.<\/li>\n<li>Grilla burgarna till en innertemperatur p\u00e5 65 (- 70) grader.<\/li>\n<li>Dela burgarbr\u00f6den och l\u00e4gg dem med insidan ner p\u00e5 grillen f\u00f6r en snabb rostning.<\/li>\n<li>Senap och ketchup p\u00e5 nedre br\u00f6dhalvan innan det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r sallad och tomat.
